The mysterious mansion

Hi, my name is Michael. Currently it's 7:00 at night on the new Orleans, that's where I live. Right now I'm packing my stuff to my bag since I was invited by a guy who emailed me 2 hours ago to go to the place called Lalaurie Macvail Mansion. I don't really know the guy but I've remember that I was one of the eight person who got chosen to that famous place, though when I search the name of the mansion, no name of Lalaurie Macvail Mansion was in it. It was suspicious, I thought of declining on it since It was skeptical. But my boss did grant me a vacation so I changed my mind and decided to pack my stuff.

Since I'll be there late, I decided to cook red beans and rice. And I can say that it was delicious, my stomach was stuffed. As I finished washing the dishes, I grab the keys at the hanger near the door that leads to my garage. I open the garage door, and went to my car and open the door. But before I go in the car my phone starts vibrating, the person who was calling me was Unknown. I answer the call and said "Ahhh... Hello? Who's this?" no one answered back it's feeling like ghost-quiet at the other side where the person was. I thought it was just a prank call until the person starts to talk, well it didn't exactly talked, the person was breathing.

Not a normal breathing, the breathing felt stiff, hard.. But from hearing from the one who's breathing, it sounded like a girl. More second pass, and she was still breathing, she didn't say a word not even one word or a sentence, just breathing. That's all she've been doing. Then the phone call ended, it was the 'girl' Who ended the phone call. It was strange, it was suspicious. But I thought again that it might be a prank call and the girl was feeling bored or the girl has something to do with the guy who've chosen me as one of the eight.

So getting that feeling makes me want to go there and find out why he or whoever that person invited us to go there. I got in the car and I start driving. As I drive I look at my phone and I decided to call one of my nephew to take care of my house for now since there's important files that I need for my report of some case and thief is getting common these day, so I called him.

"Hey, can you go to my house and take care of it, right now I need to go to a place, so I'll be needing you to take care of it, since there's important files there. Can you do it?" As I asked my nephew, he agreed to stay there for a couple of days, his reason was because he needed a break from going to cases and cases. I passed streets and stores, the mansion was really far but the fuel on my car will be enough for it.

I've pulled out my book at my bag and start to read it, I turned my car on automatic so that I'm gonna be okay, as I read the book there was a quote that I saw. "If you truly want to be respected by people you love, you must prove to them that you can survive without them." —Hmmm, that's a nice quote— I thought in my mind. Then after a couple of minutes like about 10 minutes, I made it at the mansion. When I walked out of my car I saw 4 people near the gate talking to each other.

It's seem that the others either are late or they decline the offer. if so, good thinking cause this mansion is creepy as hell! I looked the house and I can say that from the way it looks, the house is old like really old. I walk to the guys that were near the gate, there were 2 girls and 2 boys. I couldn't see them clearly since it was dark, so I walked to them to ask if they're here for the same reason.

"Hey there, are you guys here because a guy emailed you?" I walk closer to them as I question them, every bit of the gates was rusty. The woods on the house was creaking, and the wind was strong. "Yeah, are you also one of us who got chosen from that guy?" A brown haired girl wearing glasses and wearing a white turtle neck jacket with a watch on Her left wrist. "Yeah I'm one of you guys, where's the other three?"

I question them again, one of the guy who has a red hair and was wearing red scarf with black jacket that has a shape of a diamond on the middle and has a book on his right hand told answered me, "We don't know, by the time I came here, the only one's that I saw was this guys.." the others nods as they guy said it to me.

"Yeah, maybe their just late or they might have decided not to go.." A blonde haired girl, wearing a sweater, with red lipstick, and a heart glasses. That's what I just think, maybe they did decline or decided not to go.. I decided to open the gate but I couldn't, it must be because it was too rusty. We tried to find some other way but we couldn't every side was blocked by this large iron fence, the only way was the gate but since it's rusty we couldn't even move it in one inch or pull it.

So we waited for the others, time passes and the brown haired girl starts to talk. "Soo, since we're waiting for the others, what's your names?" all of us looked at the girl and look at each other. The guy wearing the red scarf starts to talk, "Mmm.. My name is Créole" after Créole said his name, the blonde haired girl starts to say her name too.

"Wait are we seriously gonna say our names..? Finee... My name is Alexander.." after 5 minutes has passed all the five of us told our names to each other, their name was Créole, Alexander, Cherry, and the last guy from the four, Max. While we wait for each other, the clouds gets darker and starts to pour rain. We all get our umbrella from our vehicle's since we didn't want to get wet.

As time passes I start to hear sounds of 2 motorcycle and a car. I thought that it might be those three who were late, and I was right. I walk out of car and I started to talk to them, "hey, you three. Are you guys here for the same reason as us..?"

The one who was in the corner of the gate, remove her helmet, her hair was long and was braided like a princess. She started to talk to me, "Huh? Yeah are you guys here because of the guy too?" I nod to her, and the other guy who was on his motorcycle remove his helmet too, his hair was black and he was wearing a red jacket.

"Soo, are we all here? The guy said that there's 8 eight people including me are chosen to come to this place." As the guy question me, the gate suddenly creaks and starts to open. But the thing is no one was opening it at the inside or the outside and even if we did, it'll still won't open.

Until now, I thought to myself —Huh? Why did it open? We tried opening it but it was rusty.. And it open when everyone was here now...— I walk closer to the gate and start inspecting it, the gate is rusty so it was impossible to move or pull it, but how did it open? Nonetheless no one was there when it was opening... Don't tell me this link to some supernatural sh!t...

I tried to see if there's some strings attached to the gate, or things that made this open somehow. Cherry walk closer to me and ask me while confused, "hey, what are you doing?" as I stand up from the ground I said to the girl, "I'm looking for something that made this door open somehow, since it just open without anyone on the outside and the inside so I decided to inspect on it."

The girl was surprised and amazed of what I was doing and she said, "wow you're like a detective, that's cool~" then after that was silent, I respond on cherry and said, "Well... I am a detective.." after that I showed her my ID, and she was shock and said I'm sorry for like 5 times. I said to her that it's okay, all of us start to get inside of the mansion And surprisingly that the inside was spotless, like seriously. There's no dust, no spider's crawling to their webs, no worms.. Nothing, it's really spotless..

Then suddenly we hear a sound coming from a speaker on the top, then it said.

Speaker: Welcome to Lalaurie Macvain Mansion where everything is GREAT. You guys are very fortune to get chosen as one of the eight person to get picked. Nothing BAD is gonna happened here, so enjoy staying on here. Well then, goodbye and see you later on the morning.

Hmm... I'm starting to feel that something bad is gonna happened..
