119 "What ifs"

Lightning flashed as the thunder rumbled loudly. 

It was already so dark yet the entire area lit up with a bright flash. 

Even if it was only for a few seconds, it was more than enough to show the man the resentful face of the woman. 

"Do you want them or not!?" She shouted as rain poured all over them. 

On receiving no response from the man, she raised her voice and continued, "Believe it or not! If I go back today... these two won't live another day!"

"Lady, you should head back today. Young Master has made it clear, he won't be coming out. There is no negotiation." The butler of the household could do nothing but say this to the drenched women standing in front of him.

Either the woman was ignoring the man, or she couldn't hear him because of the loud thundering, but she did not react to his words and continued standing in the harsh weather.
