MANSION OF GUISES' : the mischievous little miss !!

In a grand mansion........ two people sneakily went past 2 security guards guarding the walls without getting noticed and into the key house . It was dawn but the guards still were attentive as hell . Their physique was enough for scaring off people from far away ,

Yet somehow these 2 were not at all bothered by them!!

The gate to the key house was wide open so they hastily went inside without making any noise . They did not want to draw guards' attention towards them !!

Therein a man was sitting on the chair ....his eyes slightly open , his head resting on the stick by his side .

one of the sneakers went close to him and waved the hand in front of his eyes to ensure he was sound asleep . suddenly, he murmured something .....

"More spicy !!''

" I want more spicy noodles"

Both of them tried to stifle their giggle.

"this man wants to eat noodles in his dreams too!!!", one of them spoke in utter disbelief.

"shut up lizzie..... you will wake uncle up ."

"oh!! don't worry Sophie, I made him eat lots of noodles today ", she said proudly .

"STILLLLL....." Sophie said , pointing in the direction of those 2 guards , the concern could be clearly seen in her eyes.

Lizzie pretended to ignore her sister's plea But seeing the dangers lurking on the outside lizzie understood her sister's caution warning . After all it was only the second time when Sophie was running off with Elizabeth. Remembering the first time ,Sophie started panicking .....

Seeing her sister trembling Lizzie tried to calm her nerves

"CHILL my dearest sister I won't let you get caught and even if you do!!"

"If I dooooooo!!!!!!!"

Elizabeth could clearly she the horrors in her eyes as she pondered about the various possible fill ups in the sentence but before she could have landed on any one of them she cut her off midway saying

"if you do then throw all the blame on me", seeing her sister reassuring her for the 100th time Sophie tried to forget the scene by shaking her head violently.

As soon as she calmed her sister, Lizzie took her sister's hand and went past her uncle and stood in front of a big wall where all the keys were tucked on hooks .

Seeing so many keys in a panoramic view was a jaw opening scene.

The only thought that crossed Sophie's mind was how were they supposed to find out the right key.

While Sophie was pondering over , Lizzie looked for the key with lion head , it was on the top shelf , despite being 5"8' tall (tallest amongst all the girls in the northern region) the top shelf was still out of her range.

She took out golden double spiral headed pin from her sister's bun and threw it towards the key .... the spiky end of the pin went exactly between the split ring and the hook and the double headed side of the pin forced the split ring to fall into Lizzie's hand.

Before she could even ogle lizzie for opening her hair pin , Lizzie was mocking her with the keys in her hand , it happened so fast that she couldn't keep pace with her sister .

Anyways it was quite common for Lizzie to do things her way .... she was not any normal girl like Sophie.

After they found the key to their freedom (at least for Lizzie) ,they were ready for the next step of the plan. Seeing her shivering sister ,Lizzie told her in a authoritative manner,

"just follow in my foot steps okay!!"

Lizzie watched out for any patrolling guards before running towards the bush . Sophie did what she was told and ran towards Lizzie who was hiding behind the bush already .

The plan was simple :

Since they couldn't get past the guards of the north gate ,they had to detour and get to the East gate which was low man guarded, cross the inner wall , knock down 5 patrolling guards , use the master key and get the hell out !!!!!!!

The only problem was :

"Sophie, watch out "

before Sophie could understand ,she was already knocked down by the pebble in her runway path making a thudding sound .Lizzie ran towards Sophie and asked her to run , the problem was her knee was injured and bruised

but

the bigger problem was that the sound alerted the guards.

"Sophie !! how can you be so stupid " ,anger could clearly make it's way in her words.

All Sophie could say before tiny droplets of water made their way thru her eyes was "I am soooooooo sorry"

Seeing her sister self-blaming , Lizzie could not scold her any further and instead tried to pick her up.

Before the guards made their way to the place where the voice came from Lizzie and Sophie ran away and hid themselves again behind the bush .

Suddenly the alarming news reached the guards hovering around.

"Misses are not in their rooms"

Their eyes lit up with fire, if they failed to stop their young miss this time around , then even her smile wouldn't help 'em.

All the rooms illuminated one after another until the whole mansion was awake.

"This time they figured it out sooner." Sophie said in low pitch voice audible only to Lizzie.

"Of course how many times could they be fooled by the same pillow trick" , Lizzie laughingly said as a matter of fact.

"but what will we do now.", Sophie asked.

Lizzie in her mind calculated that the distance from the north gate to east gate was enough for them to get caught therefore the only chance they had was thru the north gate. But what could she do of the 2 mountain guards that were standing like a rock. She could run swiftly before they notice .... but alas Sophie was with her and she could get caught. She could knock the men down ,but she didn't want to give her old man a heart attack ....... so the most feasible option was........

Lizzie handed the key to Sophie and said "run to the north gate and open the door. I will distract the guards."

before Sophie could understand Lizzie ran in the south direction.

seeing her run both the guards at the gate ran towards her ,chasing her thinking she is an intruder.

As and when they left the spot Sophie ran towards the north gate, using the key she flung open the door . She had done what she was asked for but what was she supposed to do now??????

Irritably she cursed her sister for fleeing ...they could have asked their father it's not like he would have said NO.

On the other side Lizzie was running faster than ever and after she could no longer sight those 2 guards she hid herself inside the can nearby .After she heard the guards walk past her she blurted out of the can and flee in the north direction again.

But one of the guards spotted her this time and were closing in the distance.

When Elizabeth understood that she no longer can meet up the guards' pace she whistled.

Guards stumbled listening her whistle , before they could realise 2 horses were running behind them and within seconds the horses went past them.

Seeing her buddies on both sides running with her Elizabeth was enthralled and soon using the rein she pushed herself up and fit her one leg in the left stirrup and pushed herself to sit on the saddle .

In the way she picked her sister up, since she could not get on the running horse.

Before the guards could stop them , they were already gone!!!!!!!!!...
