11 THE NEWS OF...

He got home and there were paramedics and officers and people standing there and then he heard a voice. "Alex?" It sounded familiar. He turned around and saw it was Rose and Zane. He looked at them and noticed they were ghosts. He starts to feel a burning sensation through his whole body. "Alex calm down it's okay." Rose said in a soft voice. "What happened?" Alex said in a sad tone of voice. "Alex?" A voice said and he turned around and saw Mia. Mia was crying and Alex turned back to Zane and Rose and saw they were gone. "What happened?" Alex asked. Mia looks at Alex with a sad look then four paramedics with two gerni with two black body bags on them. Alex felt his heart drop.

"Rose! Zane!" He said and pushed past people but he felt a hand on his arm. He looked back and saw Mia grabbed a hold of him and Mia shakes her head. Alex jerks his arm aways and goes up to the paramedics and the gerni. "Let me see them!" Alex demanded. They stopped "I don't think that's a good idea sir." One of the paramedics said. "They are my family." Alex said and looked at the guy. "Just let him." The other paramedic nodded his head. They walk away and Alex opens one of the bags. Alex sees Zane''s lifeless body. Alex looks at his and he had a broken nose and closes the bag and bites his tongue. He couldn't bear to open the other bag and walked away angrily. "Mr. Morningstar?" A voice said.

Alex turns around and sees it was officer Tate. "I'm sorry about Mia." Tate paused for a split second. "If you need anything just call me you have my phone number and I will find out who did this." Tate said. "Okay I will." Alex nods his head but doesn't say much and he walks back over to Mia. "When?" Alex asked. "I don't know." She paused. "I got home a little while ago and saw them like that." Mia said with a sad tone in her voice and looked up at Alex. Alex sighs and he still was biting his tongue and his throat still felt like it was burning. Mia pulls him into a hug and puts her head on his chest. Alex hugs her back and looks down at her. "Alex, we can go back to my dorm if you want?" She asked. "Sure if you want." Alex shrugged.

Mia nods her head and they get on Alex's motorcycle and they go to Mia's dorm and the whole time Mia notices Alex was different, different in a bad way. Alex parks his motorcycle and turns it off. Mia gets off and takes off the helmet. Alex sighs and gets off. "Are you okay Alex?" Mia asked. "Yeah I am fine." Alex said looking at Mia. "Okay." Mia said and noticed he was sad but mad at the same time but more mad than sad. His eyes were full of hatred like his dad. Mia keeps looking at Alex and Alex shakes his head and puts his keys in his pocket and walks away. Mia follows him and they go to her dorm. Mia opens the door and walks in and Alex follows her. Mia sighs and it's been a while since she's been in the room.

Alex looks at her and walks in behind her. "Are you okay?" Alex asked. "Yeah, I am fine." Mia smiles at him. "I'm going to go take a shower, you can make yourself at home." Mia gesterad. Alex smiles and nods his head and sits on the bed. Mia grabbed her some clothes and a towel and walked out of her dorm. Alex sits on Mia's bed and puts elbows on knees and puts his hands on his face. Alex just sits there and tries to think and then he lays on the bed. After a while Alex just looks up at the ceiling and Mia comes back in. "You feeling better Alex?" Mia asked and put her dirty clothes in a basket. "Yeah I'm just tired." Alex lied and kept looking up at the ceiling. Mia sighs and goes to her vanity and uses her blow dryer and dries her hair.

Alex sits up and he takes his shoes and jacket off. "Are you okay?" Alex asks and looks up at Mia. "Yeah I am fine." Mia smiles and finishes drying her hair and she shuts it off and unplugs it and turns to face Alex. "Okay." Alex said and stretched out his arms and faked yawn. "You tired?" Mia asked and walked over to him. "Yeah I am, I had a long day." Alex says. Mia climbs into bed and Alex covers them up and Mia smiles. "Lets get some sleep." she paused. "Tomorrow is Halloween." Mia smiled up at Alex. Alex sighs. "Yeah it is." He said in an annoyed voice. Mia lays down and falls asleep instantly and Alex just lays there and couldn't sleep. Everytime Alex closes his eyes he sees Zane's lifeless body. So Alex just lays there and starts to think.

Then he pulls out his phone and calls Tate. "Hey Alex, how are you holding up?" Tate asked. "I'm okay but can you get the autopsy of Zane and Rose for me?" Alex asked. "I can try, can you meet me at the front of the hospital in ten minutes?" Tate asked. "Yeah, I will be there in fifteen minutes." Alex sighs. "Okay I will see you soon." Tate said. Alex hangs up the phone and gets up and sees Mia sound asleep. He smiles and hasn't seen her sleep like that in a long time. She was asleep peacefully and he sits up and puts on his shoes and his jacket and grabs his keys. He looks for a piece of paper and a pen and writes a note to Mia.

Alex puts it on the nightstand next to Mia bed and walks outside and gets on his motorcycle and turns it on and starts to head to the hospital and starts to think. "Who could have done this? Why would someone do that to them, they didn't do anything to anyone." Alex was thinking to himself. After a while Alex gets to the hospital and parks his motorcycle and turns it off. Alex gets off his motorcycle and puts his keys in his pocket and walks to the front of the hospital and sees Tate talking to someone. Alex walks up to them. "Hey you made it Alex." Tate said looking at Alex. "Yeah I told you I would be here in Fifteen minutes." Alex smirks. "I know and Alex this is Benjamin he is the guy who does the autopsy for the hospital." Tate said.

"Hi Benjamin it's nice to meet you." Alex says. Benjamin only looked around his twenties and he was young to do autopsies. "It's nice to meet you Alex and if you guys follow me I can show you guys to the morgue." Benjamin said. Alex and Tate follow him inside the hospital and they go to the morgue. Benjamin opens the door and they walk inside. "How old are you?" Alex asked and walked into the morgue and sighed. "I am twenty six and I took over this job when my dad retired." Benjamin said walking over to where Zane and Rose was and looked up at Alex. "Oh okay." Alex said and stood there. "When I was doing the autopsy report I noticed the guy had a broken nose with some ribs." Benjamin paused.

"It was like he was trying to fight off the people." Benjamin said, opening the door and showing his body. "Alex do you know who would do this to your family?" Tate asked looking at Zane than at Alex. "No, Zane and Rose were loving people and they never did anything wrong to no one." Alex said in a low tone. "Oh and I found this bullet in the womens head." Benjamin said going over to the table. "What kind of bullet is it?" Tate asked curiously. "I'm not sure." Benjamin said handing Tate the bullet was in a white bag see through bag. Alex looks at the bullet in the bag. "So how bad was Rose?" Alex asked. Benjamin looks over at Alex. "She was shot two times in the chest." Benjamin said in a sad voice. Alex bites his lip and tries not to cry.

"Alex are you okay?" Tate asked looking at Alex. "Yeah, I'm okay just want to find out who did this to my family." Alex said upset. "Don't worry, i'll find out who did this." Tate said. "Okay, when you do just call me." Alex nods his head and leaves. He leaves the morgue and grabs his keys out of his pocket and walks to his motorcycle. "Brother?" A voice said. Alex turns around and sees his sister Ariel. "Leave me alone!" He snapped at her. "Brother don't be like your father, it won't get you nowhere." Ariel said in a calm and relaxing voice. "What do you know it won't get me anywhere!" Alex said and his eyes turned red and his fangs came out. "I know more about your father than you do." Ariel said, looking at him and didn't show his no fear.

"I made my decision." He gets on his motorcycle and leaves. He goes to the campus of the college and sees someone one on the phone getting out of his car. He looked just like Derek but a little younger. I walked up to them and grabbed the boy by his collar and I looked at him. "You look just like Derek. Are you his brother?" I said in a mad tone. "Yeah why?" He asked, looking at me with a smirk. "Did you kill a woman and a man tonight?!" I said still in a mad tone. "Why?!" He said. "Tell why?!" I said slamming him up against the car. "I don't have to tell you shit." He said spitting on me. I smirked and sat him down and wiped the spit off my shoulder. "So tell me boy why'd you do it!?" I said putting one of my hands on his shoulder.

I looked into his eyes. "I did it because you put my brother Derek and his friend Ren in jail for the murder of the Lizzy girl." He said. Then Alex gets so furious and was about to punch the guy when he heard his name. "Alex!" Someone demanded. Alex was still holding the guy by his collar and lowered his fist and turned around and saw it was Tate. Tate lowers his gun and walks to them and Alex lets go of him and Tate grabs the boy. "Jeremy you are under arrest for the murder of Rose and Zane Fisher." Tate said handcuffing him. Alex was still mad and Tate took Jeremy to the police cruiser and put him in the backseat and closed the door. "Alex what were you going to do if I wasn't here?" Tate asked looking at Alex.

"To be honest I don't know, I almost let my anger get the best of me again." Alex sighs. "Well Alex you need to know how to control it or one day you'll probably end up in jail for it." Tate sighs. "I know." Alex rubs the back of his neck. "We'll go home and get some sleep, tomorrow is Halloween and I heard this college is having a Halloween party." Tate smiles and opens his car door. "Okay and see you around Tate." Alex said and walked to Mia's dorm and opened the door and went and laid down and saw Mia sound asleep. Alex takes off his jacket and shoes and laid down and and he looked up at the ceiling and he couldn't sleep. After a while he closed his eyes and finally fell asleep.
