4 THE KILLERS!?

Mia woke up in Alex's arms. She just stayed there because he felt warm and she felt safe in his arms. She wished she could stay like this all day but she can't because she has school today. She goes to the guest room and sees an outfit sitting on the bed. "Here Mia I went shopping last night and I got you some clothes. I hope you like them. ~Rose. She picks up the clothes and goes take a shower. She washes her hair and body. The hot water feels nice on her body so she just stands there and relaxes for a couple seconds then she finishes washing her body then her hair then gets out and she drys off and gets dressed. Then Mia went downstairs and saw Rose, and Zane was sitting at the dining table.

Alex was at the counter stirring his coffee. "Morning Mia." Alex smiles at Mia. "Hey morning." She smiled. "I made you a plate of breakfast." Rose looks up at Mia. "Thanks Rose." She smiles and sits down. "Your welcome." Rose smiles. "Hey Mia does Lizzie have any family members?" Alex asked, taking a sip of his coffee. "Alex!?" Zane picks up a butter knife and throws it at him. He catches it. "What I was just asking." He sits the butter knife down. "No she doesn't." Mia said, smirking a little at what just happened. "Okay." Zane finishes his food then gets up and grabs the house phone. Mia eats her food and sees what time it was. "Holy shit I'm going to be late." She gets up.

"Do you want me to drive you?" Alex asked. "Please." She looked at him. Alex mumbles something and his keys appear in his hands. "Let's go." He said walking outside. Mia follows him. He gets on his motorcycle. "Here wear this." He hands her a helmet. "Thanks where's your helmet you'll be wearing?" She asked to put it on and she got on. "You are wearing it and I don't need it you do." He said turning on the motorcycle. "Oh okay." She puts her arms around him. He drives her to school and the breeze on her face feels nice. She started to think. "Why did Alex ask about Lizzie's family and why did Zane get mad about it?" She kept thinking then when she realized Alex stopped the motorcycle.

"Mia we are here." He turns the motorcycle off. "Thanks Alex." She smiles and she gets off and takes off the helmet. "No problem Mia." He smiles at me. "Alex why did you ask if Lizzie had any family?" Mia asked, looking at him. "I was just wondering, you need to go before you're late." He smiled and kissed her cheek. She blushed. "Okay see ya." Mia then walked away. Alex smiled when Mia blushed and walked away. His phone went off and pulled it out of his pocket. Someone was calling it an unknown number so he answered it. "Hello?" Alex asked him to get off my bike. Alex sees Ren talking to his football buddies and he notices Ren was the only one not wearing his varsity jacket.

"Hey Alex it's officer Tate." Alex keeps an eye on Ren and his friends. "Oh hey officer Tate." Alex said "Your right Ren is the killer and so is one of his friends the other boy's name is Derek Long." Officer Tate said. "The boys are here at school and they are outside talking." Alex then paused. "They just went inside. "Can you keep the guys occupied until me and some back up come?" Officer Tate asked. "I can try." Alex sighs. "Okay thanks kid we'll be there in a minute are so." He said then hangs up the phone. Alex puts his phone in his pocket then hears what Ren and his friends are talking about. "We need to get Mia alone so we can talk to her." Ren said. Alex ran inside and looked at the kids walking in the halls.

Alex looked at Mia and Ren. "Me and Derek will check the girls bathroom and the rest of you go check the classes." Ren said running off with Derek. Alex tries to find Ren and Derek. After a couple minutes Alex hears a scream in the girls bathroom. So he ran into the bathroom and saw Ren was holding a knife up to Mia's neck. "Oh look who it is." He smirks. "Ren leaves her alone." Alex demained. Derek tries to punch Alex. Alex breaks his hand and Derek drops to the floor. Derek screams in pain. Alex pulls Ren by the back of his neck. He grabs his pressure point and Ren drops the knife. Alex punched Ren a couple times. Mia looks at Alex scared.

"Alex stop!" Alex then snapped out of it and he was on top of Ren beating his face up. Alex gets up and gets a text from Tate. "Where are you kid?" Officer Tate texted. "I'm about to head outside." Alex texted and put his phone in his pocket and picked both of the boys up and walked them through the halls. Alex walked outside and saw a couple cop cars. Tate and officer Luke walk up to Alex and they take Derek and Ren. "Thanks kid." Officer Tate said."No problem." Alex smirked a little. "Who is that?" Some girls asked behind Alex. Alex felt someone hug me from behind. "Thanks Alex." He turned around and saw Mia hugging me. "Your welcome." Alex kissed her head. "Mr. Morningstar?" A man said walking up to Alex.

"Yes?" He asked looking at the man. "I am principal of this college, my name is Mr. Weather and thanks for your help." He said, holding out his hand. "Your welcome it's nothing I was just trying to find Lizzie's killer that's all." He said shaking his hand. "Hey Alex we need to talk to you." Officer Luke said waving over to him. Alex and Mia walked over. "Yes?" He asked. "Thanks." He said. "Like I said it was nothing?" Alex shook his head. "Come on kids back to class." Mr. Weather said. Everybody starts to go back inside. "I'll see you after school." Alex said to Mia. "Okay bye." She smiles at him and goes inside. "I'm sorry I beat Ren's face up. He was about to hurt another girl and I broke Derek's hand.

He tried to punch me so I stopped him." Alex said. He laughs a little. "Okay we will have a paramedic look at them to see if they are okay and kid how old are you?" Officer Tate asked. "I'm almost nineteen in a couple weeks." Alex said looking at Tate. "Here you should join the police department." He said handing Alex a piece of paper. "I'll think about it." Alex takes the paper. "We need someone like you." He said getting in his car. "Okay." Alex smirked then he saw news reporters. Alex sees them talking to some of the officers. Alex sees a man with a microphone and another guy with a camera. "Hey kid come here." The guy waved him over. Alex shakes his head and walks over. "Yes?" He asked.

"Are you Alex Morningstar as in the Morningstar's toy store?" He paused. "I heard you just helped these officers help find the killers who killed Lizzie? Is it true?" He asked. "Yes as in the Morningstar's toy store and yes it is true." Alex said and paused. For a second "I have stuff to do." Alex nodded and walked away. "There you go folks the famous Alex Morningstar just helped save the day." The guy said. Alex walked to his motorcycle and rode his bike home. He walked into his house and saw Rose and Zane sitting on the couch talking. "Hey Alex we heard what happened at the University." Zane said. "I don't want to talk about it." Alex said then goes up to his room.Alex then goes to the bathroom and washes the blood off his hands."You're just like your father with anger issues." A woman said behind him.

He looked up in the mirror and saw his mom and Lizzie. I turn to face her drying my hands off. I smirk a little. "Thanks Alex." Lizzie said hugging me. I hug her back. "You welcome." I said. Then she looks at me smiling. "You have your wings." I said happily. "Yup and all because of you, you helped me see the light." Lizzie smiles. Alex smiles at Liz. "Son I saw you lose control of your temper today when you were in the girls restroom punching that kid." Ella said in a solf and disappointed voice. "I'm sorry mom." Alex said looking at the ground. She lifted his head up. "Don't be everyone has their moments." She smiles at him. "Not all people, you don't." Alex said looking at her. She laughs a little.

"I do have my moments but you just never seen them before." She said. "Really?" Alex asked. "Yes but I have to go, love you my son." She said. "Love you to." Alex smiles.

Then his mom and Lizzie vanish. Alex sighs and walks out of the bathroom and goes and sits on his bed. Alex gets a text and looks at it. It was from an unknown person. "Hey Alex, Mia gave me your number. I promise I'm not a stalker . I just wanted to tell you thanks for what you did today and by the way I'm Summer." He finished reading the text message and texted Mia. "Hey did you give my number to a girl named Summer??" Alex texted. "Yeah I am sorry if you don't like that I will tell her not to text you." Mia texted.

"No, no it's fine I was just wondering." Alex texted. Then he texted Summer back. "Lol okay and your welcome Summer." Alex texted and sighed "Are you coming to Mia's party tonight?" Summer asked. "Maybe I thought Mia wasn't going to throw it?" He texted. "But I need to go, I have stuff to do." Alex texted. "Okay bye." Summer texted.
