6 GOES DOWN HILL

"Mia I can't." He pulls his arm away from Mia. "I'm sorry." Mia said letting go of him. Alex doesn't say anything and gets on his motorcycle and leaves. Mia started to get light headed. She held her head and had one hand out trying to keep her balance. "Wow." She almost fell. "Mia!? You okay?" Summer and Cindy said catching her. "I -I- I don't feel so good." She passes out. Alex was on my motorcycle going home. He got to his room and laid on his bed and Alex started to think about what Mia said and my phone went off but he ignored it. After a while he fell asleep. Alex starts to dream. "Alex? Alex!?" A girl said. He sees Lizzie. "Lizzie?" Alex asked. "Wake up." Lizzie said.

He wakes-up and sees five-missed class and twenty-unread messages. He picked up his phone and they all were from Summer. So he calls her. "What's wrong?" He asked. "What the fuck, why wasn't you picking up your phone!?" She sounded mad."I was asleep, what's wrong?" Alex asked again. "It's Mia she's in the hospital." She said in a sad voice. He hangs up the phone and grabs his keys and heads to the hospital. Alex park my motorcycle. He runs into the hospital and he sees Cindy and Summer so he runs up to them. "Where is she!?" Alex asked. "Asleep." Cindy said. He runs to the desktop where a nurse was. "I need to see Mia Grace?" Alex asked. "Are you family?" The lady asked.

"I'm her best friend and she doesn't have any family members alive there all dead so I need to see her." Alex said. "She's in room B-two-o-four." The lady said. "Thanks." Alex said then goes and finds the room and sees Mia laying there asleep. Alex walks up to her. "Mia." He said sighing in relief, she had ivs in her and he was worried. She lays there with no movement, only movement was her breathing. He grabs her hand and sits by her and smiles. Alex closes his eyes. "Please wake up Mia please." He said in a low voice. "A-Alex?" She said waking up. "Nurse, she's awake." Alex pauses and smiles then he kisses her hand. "Mia." He smiles at her. "W-what h-happened A-Alex?" She asked.

"I'm not sure Summer called me and told me you were here." Alex said. "Alex is she awake?" A voice said behind him. He looked and I saw Cindy and Summer standing there. "Yeah." He smiles. The doctor comes in. "Are any of you family?" He asked. "I am." Alex stood up. "Can we talk to you?" He said holding a clipboard. "Yeah sure.'' Alex looks at Mia then at the doctor they both leave the room. "Mia has to stay a night here because they found a type of drug in her and it almost killed her." The doctor whispered. "What drug?!" Alex gets mad. "We're not sure." The doctor said. "Okay." Alex said and walked back into the room. He texts Rose and Zane. "I'm at the hospital with Mia. She fainted.

She has to stay the night, don't worry." He texted. "Is she okay?" Rose texted. "Yeah she's fine." He texted. "Mia the doctor said you have to stay a night." Alex said sitting down in the chair. "Mia we'll see you tomorrow my mom is picking me and Summer up." Cindy said. "Wish we could stay." Summer said. "It's fine." Mia smiles. Mia smiled at them. "Alex I almost died and your mom helped me." Mia said looking at him. "I know Mia I asked her to." Alex smiled. "Alex can we ask you something?" Summer asked. "Is your dad really the devil?" Cindy asked. Alex sighs. "Please don't say it that loud and yes he is and my mom is the queen of heaven." Alex said looking at the both of them.

"What?!" Summer said in surprise. "Yeah." Alex said. "Don't tell anyone please." Alex said. "I swear to God." Cindy said. "Don't say that." Alex rolls his eyes. "You got our word." Summer said then they leave and they close the door. Alex turned to face Mia. Mia smiles and giggles a little. Mia was lying there and looked at Alex. "I'm sorry Mia I got mad at you at the party." Alex said. "It's fine." Mia smiles. "Mia, the doctor found a pill in your system. Did you take anything?" He asked sitting next to her in the chair. "No I didn't." Mia sounded worried and sat up. "Okay." Alex said. "Alex I need to tell you something." Mia said looking at him. "Yeah what is it?" He asked, holding my hand.

"Alex I love you and I always have since you first saved my day when I was about thirteen." Mia smiles. "I love you so I didn't know how you felt about me so I didn't want to ruin the relationship that they have." He said letting go of my head and putting his hand on my cheek. She smiled. He kisses her. His soft lips were on hers and he kissed her passionately. She kissed him back. Then someone knocks on the door and they stop. "Come in." Mia says. A nurse comes in. "I got you some food I thought you would be hungry." The nurse said handing Mia some food on a tray. "Thanks." Mia smiles. Alex smiles a little. The nurse leaves. "Mia tried to eat." Alex said. Mia started eating the sandwich.

"Alex I'm sorry for calling you a monster." Mia said. "It's fine don't worry about it." He said looking at her smiling. She finishes the sandwich and takes a drink of the water. She moved the tray and laid down. "Try to get some sleep Mia." Alex said kissing her forehead. "Okay." Mia smiled feeling his soft lips on her forehead. Alex smiles and sits back in the chair. "Alex? Can you lay next to me until I fall asleep?" Mia asked and moved a little. "Sure." Alex gets up and sits next to her in the bed. She lays on his chest and listens to his heart beat. He puts his arms around her. "I love this Alex." she smiles softly and falls asleep. He smiles. "Me too." Alex smiles and lays there and after a while he falls asleep.
