54 Diary 54: Game Over
"How is that woman doing?" the bearded God asks His fellow God peers.
None of the Gods answers, Aphrodite does her things without informing any of them about her plan. It was as if she doesn't trust the Gods anymore, she's hiding something from them. Aphrodite left the chamber of Gods and descends to the mortal realm, leaving her Godly privilege for a reason which is the warrior she chose, Kim Min Soo.
"Thank God, my warrior doesn't do anything fishy" the Plantae God smiles in amusement. "She's just an average high-school student, and a good kid too".
"So everyone got their pawns ready for the next game, huh?" the God of Darkness grins in pleasure. "My pawn is also ready, so is Her pawn".
The God of Darkness steals a glance at The Light Goddess, the room filled with heavy intense air. Like political play, each god is fighting for territory and dominance; as if the mortal realm is their chessboard. Still, it's concerning that they can't track Aphrodite's whereabouts; they feared the possibility of a traitor.
The Ice Goddess sulks a bit, not joining other Gods idle banter; she merely stares at the ceiling in deep thoughts. She remembers the time when she blurted out her darkest thoughts, the fact that they're not Gods. The God names are merely codenames for them to gain control of Sanctus Luminera, they're merely administrators of the game.
Yes, the game is about to begin; the game to vanquish evil and penetrate the darkness with light shall begin.
The smile on The Goddess's face grows wider, she absolutely loves the way it turns out. Min Soo's betrayal is another variable that none of the Gods didn't expect, they already did this game for years; this is the first time such prophecy and vision shows one of their warriors will betray them.
"Such variable is interesting, an interesting friend" she smirks. "Or perhaps, a foe?".
"Stop smiling like a crazy woman" the Thundara God cuts off her thoughts. "Are you not listening!? God of Crystals!? What if Aphrodite betrays us!? She's merely a replacement for Poseidon, hence-".
"Relax, chill" she sighs. "You inflexible boomer is the reason why the game is so boring anyway".
She exits the Chamber of Gods; bored with the political banter they had inside their luxury chamber. Yes, she had enough power-hungry superiors that only seek victory and fame.
The moment she sees Aphrodite's warrior, the Crystal Goddess knows that he's the same as her. Kim Min Soo is her kin, they came from the same type of environment.
However, she cannot break the rules of 'stealing other God's warriors is blasphemy', that foolish rule is the reason why she's stuck with a boring warrior she chose. A cold-hearted man that reflected the coldness of the snow. His beautiful snow hair and cold cyan gazes are the reason why she chose him.
The Goddess looks at the reflection of her palm, a crystal of ice appears out of her palm. In the center of the clear crystal is a reflection of a snowy-haired young man slaughtering the forest dwellers cold-blooded with a clean cut of his frosty katana. She licks her lips in amusement, she admits the man she chose as a warrior is a boring person.
However, his ruthlessness and power are overwhelming; none of the Gods know about this man of course. She doesn't boast about her warrior like the rest of the Gods, she's smart and she knows it.
"Yukihiro, make me proud" she whispers to herself as she walks through the quiet hallway while watching her warrior pure white skin bathed in the blood of his enemies.

"Min Soo! There you are!" Min Soo's mother turns around to see Min Soo carries a white vase in his right hand. Her sudden movement shocks the young man to eternity, he almost drops the vase by accident due to the sweat on his palm. He almost fell for the enemy trap, of wanting to kill his mother.
He can only think of Aphrodite as the perpetrator and the cause for his illusion. It feels so authentic regardless of the illusions, and it keeps forcing him to pick a choice. The voice inside his head tells him to kill his mother, thus there must be a reason why the voice tells him to do so. Rather, he feels as if he's being tested mentally by the Goddess herself.
Not only physical torture, but She must also have thought of torturing him mentally as well.
"That Goddess has a bad hobby" Min Soo groans quietly, his eyes are currently fixated on the figure of the adult woman in front of him. His so-called mother that he truly hates and despises, the woman who gave birth to him, a Rising Idol called Kim Min Soo The Siren.
"I already destroyed your pc, it doesn't give you any educational benefits whatsoever" she sighs. "Not only that, I heard that your profanity grows whenever you play a game! I once heard you curse!".
"So what?" Min Soo sighs quietly.
"You're supposed to be a good kid, a good kid shouldn't swear and cursing!" she smiles. "You're an honor student, correct? Then you should stay that way".
Min Soo had the urge to push her and choke her neck; clenching his fist tightly. Rage overwhelmed his senses, but he knows that this is another trap Aphrodite set for him. He still wants to know why Aphrodite did what she did, whether he does something wrong along his journey to make the Goddess furious with him.
Nevertheless, it's hard to not let his rage consumes him now that his mother squabbles about the importance of education and high grades. His father was never been there, he always follows whatever his mother order; like a foolish man he is. Min Soo hates both of them equally, even if his father never once lifts his hand to slap him as his mother does.
He lets his mother did it, thus he's the most useless father he has.
"I don't know what you're planning, oh fake mother of mine" Min Soo growls. "You're not my mother, aren't you?".
The woman laughs loudly when she hears Min Soo claims, Min Soo's mother laugh as if there's no tomorrow.
"You're crazy my son" she laughs while holding her stomach. "Are you nuts or just plain dumb?".
Min Soo is convinced that she's not her mother after she utters that word, she never once calls him her son. Not before his success as an Idol, she never once calls him her son. Kim Min Soo snarls at the illusion before him.
"Show yourself! Aphrodite! The mind game is over!" Min Soo snarls. "I KNOW IT'S YOU!".
