47 Diary 47: Fiery Dominance
Min Soo once again faces David's younger sister, Luna King, since her occupation reminds him of his mother; Min Soo is somewhat wary of Luna's identity as a whole. Luna grins as she smiles at the puzzled Min Soo. David doesn't waste any time, he immediately buys Min Soo's new clothes from Luna's boutique.
The Idol picks the size and models with Luna's consideration, she's been eyeing Min Soo's figure for a while now. It is as if she wants to say something but decides not to, Luna orders her assistant to measure Min Soo's waist and body. David waits at the corner whilst Luna's assistance does her magic.
Min Soo doesn't have any idea what's on their mind, the measuring process takes around an hour. Apparently, David ordered clothes for Min Soo for formal purposes since Min Soo doesn't have any formal clothes. The Idol doesn't like the fact that he's indebted to David, but the man knows what he's doing.
Min Soo lets David do the decisions since he seems to know his ways in Luna's boutique. After shopping in Luna's boutique, the time has come for the two to practice before the sports tournament starts. David asks Crow's help to deliver their shopping bags to the inn which he obligingly did with a heavy sigh.
The two go out from the Arkhansas City, venturing into the woods outside the City. Trying to find an empty space to train, David holds Min Soo's hand out of the blue as if he's the most precious person in the world. The Idol blushes in fifty shades of red, his cheeks reddened when the man he loves holding his hand tightly.
"Wait, is this love?" Min Soo gulps. "I mean yeah I like him, but I don't know what I feel toward him".
His whisper is loud enough for David to hear, the explorer chuckles a bit once he hears the man mumbling to himself like a maiden in love. After finding an empty space for them to train, Min Soo and the explorer face to face with a heavy glare. David is about to draw his fiery sword while the mage is preparing his grimoire in advance.
The two are about to clash once more, they're going to face each other in a mock battle.
"Min Soo! Come now!" David provokes the man.
"Alright, let's go" Min Soo smiles.
Min Soo draws his grimoire, without chanting a spell the man casts a body of water surrounding David's body in water to slow his movement down. David grins in satisfaction, knowing that Min Soo's skill is getting better. The mage practices his spellcasting every night, remembering every spell he cast before in his head.
However, the moment David draws his sword; the heat from his sword vaporizes the clad of water that shackles his movement. Min Soo backs away from his spot, he casts an offensive water spear from the ground, almost piercing David if he's not ready. However, David is able to dodge the spear with ease.
"Hey! That's not all!" Min Soo smirks.
The spears change shapes, forming like vines aiming toward David's back. The explorer clicks his tongue as he swings his fiery sword to the attacking vines. Min Soo grins in the satisfaction that he manages to surprises David with the new move he invents. The heat from his fiery sword could vaporize his water in an instant.
The mage clicks his tongue, he knows that he will lose if he doesn't take his distance. Thus he cloaks himself in an invisibility cloak with the power of his magical water. Positioning himself in a safe place, then wait until the right moment to flank David with his surprise attack.
He could try the suffocating methods when he envelops the enemy respiration system with water. However, he can only think such cruel methods should be used for the demons and anyone who threatens him.
"Come on Min Soo! Where are you hiding?" Min Soo can hear David provokes from the back of the tree where he hides.
It is as if the man knows that Min Soo is hiding behind that particular tree, but pretends not to know where he is. His navy eyes gaze upon Min Soo who is crawling behind the tree. Min Soo decides to cages Min Soo with a jail attack.
Forming a jail to entrapped David in the cage of water, he plans to use the suffocating water attack to render the explorer strength.
The explorer doesn't seem to look surprised when a jail of water trapping him inside, but before Min Soo could fully envelopes his face in the water to suffocate him, he swings his sword to send a wave of fire to vaporize the water before him to nothingness.
"Ah-".
David then rushes forward and chokes Min Soo on a tree, pinning him aggressively. The mage is rendered useless, breathless, and exhausted he gives in to David's enormous strength on his chokes.
"Not bad at all Min Soo, you've grown" David chuckles. "I want to see more of your growth".
His curiosity and enthusiasm in him are endearing, but he doesn't know anything about David's true feelings toward him. Whether he only sees Min Soo as another specimen to investigate or whether he sees him as a person he loves. Min Soo couldn't help but feel lost for the negativity he feels inside his heart.
David notices the loneliness in Min Soo's bronze orbs, the man decides to ask whether he's alright since Min Soo has been acting quiet for a while now.
"About what happened in the forest, what do you think?" Min Soo asks the explorer.
David doesn't sound too surprised, in fact, the man also ponders about it the moment Min Soo asks that shocking question. He rubs his chin carefully trying to formulate an answer for the puzzled Min Soo. The charming blonde-haired man lifts Min Soo's chin sensually, he crashes his lips into his slowly.
Min Soo widens his eyes in shock, nevertheless, their lips stay intact until the sun decides to hide its skin.
