43 Diary 43: The Unforeseen Seduction
Min Soo shakes his head in agony, knowing that the perverted Goddess that gifted him with a charm ability has been eyeing him all this time. Moreover, she saw the scene where he and David almost did the deed. However, they canceled it due to the sudden appearance of a wild Crow who almost sees them naked.
Still, seeing Goddess Aphrodite smiling pervertedly about that certain incident creeps him out. Min Soo exhales, he decides to forget his antics, and focus on the main problem for now. The man growls to the perverted Goddess in annoyance, asking for an immediate solution to the problem he's facing.
"So can I ask for an immediate solution for this oh Aphrodite?" Min Soo asks sarcastically. "I don't want any perverted bastards after my ass just because of this power".
The Goddess thinks for a while, floating above Min Soo sleazily with her revealing clothes that could distract anyone but Min Soo since he's too annoyed to even care about the jiggling she made.
After a while, she comes up with a plan; her smile doesn't seem to be so pleasing. He senses that She will come up with a crazy idea knowing how delusional She is.
"Make love with Da-".
"That's delusional! Didn't you say that only makes my pheromones effects goes stronger!?" Min Soo snarls.
The Goddess decides to stop her jokes midways, she starts explaining the foundation of Min Soo's abilities. His innate ability is mostly affected by how he currently feels, hormones and pheromones in this case will be the main factor of how effective his charm could affect his opponent.
Since Min Soo almost did the deed with David, surely the Idol feels joyful and loveable. Thus these overjoyed feelings of his effects his surroundings especially the ones who can't hold in their lust or weak toward certain emotions such as the awkward man Crow. Unlike the merchant, Crow is capable of feeling the emotions, he's just awkward.
Each individual will have different reactions, depends on how receptive they are toward the feelings of desire and lust. After all, humans' biggest weakness first and foremost is their desire of wanting something that they cannot achieve.
Since humans seem to be the main focus of The Goddess's explanation, Min Soo decides to ask about the non-humans aka monsters.
"Monsters' emotions are quite simplistic, they're easy to charm rather than humans themselves" Aphrodite explains. "Since their emotions are easy to decipher unless that monster has a certain resistance toward charm".
"I see, I get the gist of it" Min Soo nods. "So if I want to control the power I need to learn how to control my emotions and feelings?".
"Correct" Aphrodite nods in agreement. "Or you can always meditate and assert your focus to your opponent, it's the only way you can make your charm effective and controllable".
What Aphrodite said makes sense, to control it, however, needs a certain personal training that involves inner feelings.
"You can explain this to David, he's a talented and extraordinary man" Aphrodite winks to Min Soo. "He might see himself as ordinary, but he's far from ordinary; he doesn't realize that he possesses a rare innate ability that will help him tremendously on his conquest".
The way She talks about him is mysterious, David never tells him anything about himself now that She mentions it. It's mostly Min Soo who reveals himself first, the man is silent and steady like a rock. However, he harbors a deep curiosity toward the unknown such as him, the Idol that came from another world.
"Could it be that he likes me just because I'm a person from another world?" Min Soo whispers to himself when he thinks of David.
"Someone is confused" Aphrodite chuckles.
"Shut up" Min Soo growls at Aphrodite. "Don't talk to me as if you know me".
Angered by Min Soo's attitude, with a scary smile that is formed on Aphrodite's beautiful face. She snaps her finger and a whirlpool is formed under Min Soo's body.
"HEY! WHAT DID YOU-".
With that, Min Soo disappears from the Goddess face, when he disappears the Goddess can only sigh in depression. She looks up toward the pink sky, remembering the dream She just had, the Goddess saw something terrifying in Her dream that had something to do with Min Soo.
"I hope that vision I saw was nothing but just a bad dream" She wishes deeply.

Min Soo gasps as soon as he wakes up, awakened on a soft comfy bed in an unknown room. David is already at Min Soo's bedside, still asleep on Min Soo's lap while holding onto Min Soo's palm. The pink-haired Idol smiles kindly at David who is fast asleep, he cups David's head softly whilst he's not watching.
There's no sign of Crow and the merchant everywhere, somehow he's glad that the two of them aren't here. Especially, the merchant who almost raped him the other day. He wants to know whether they finished the quest properly. His anxiety is building up the more he scans his unfamiliar surrounding.
Not to mention, he's fully clothed instead of naked; perhaps the explorer dresses him properly before without his notices.
"Is this the City of Arkhansas?" Min Soo thoughts to himself.
David is awake due to the sudden movement from Min Soo's leg, rubbing his exhausted eyes the explorer yawns loudly.
"Good morning, you've been sleeping for a day" David yawns. "Is your body okay?".
"David! What about the quest-".
"The quest was alright, we have to pay a fine, but it's not that much" David explains calmly. "It's just thirty sheels, nothing much".
David's coldness cannot be seen, the man is showing his lukewarm attitude for the first time. His cold tone is replaced by a soft comfy voice that could anyone into a deep sleep. Right after that, Crow enters the room and brightened up to see the Idol is awake.
However, trying not to show himself that he's happy; he hides his happiness behind his scowls.
"You sleep too long, took a while for you to get up huh?" Crow scowls. "As expected of a newbie".
Min Soo can see that Crow tries his best to evade Min Soo's gazes, but the Idol can read his embarrassment like a book. After all, it's his line of work to be able to read someone's facial expression to please them as an Idol.
"Anyway Min Soo, there's something that I want to discuss in regards to what just happened" David sighs. "It's about that merchant when he woke up; he didn't remember anything thus we had to fabricate a story for him".
"Ah I see" Min Soo frowns. "It's because of my ability, let me explain what happened".

In a Different Realm…
Recalling the dream She had, Aphrodite archives her dream into a safebox where She can replay the imageries for eternity. In that imagery she sees the unthinkable, she foresees the doom of Sanctus Luminera under the hands of none other than Her Warrior, Kim Min Soo who leads the army of demons under his command.
His brilliant pink hair shines in the darkness but his eyes no longer show kindness, the pair of bronze eyes he had are nothing but empty husks.
Min Soo's entire garment consists of him wearing a sleeveless dark suit and a black fur jacket, with a white hat. Unforgiving and cold, the man leads the World to the brink of doom with the power of his Unstoppable Charm.
"What have I done?" Aphrodite thought to herself.
