1 story of blast

In a hole there lived a splendid, false zombie named Blast Walker. Not a frosty sweltering, brown hole, filled with weapons and a hairy smell, nor yet an important, weathered, ribbed hole with nothing in it to sit down on or to eat: it was a zombie-hole, and that means warmth.

One day, after a troubling visit from the monster Sally Olsson, Blast leaves his hole and sets out in search of three scheming beans. A quest undertaken in the company of men, youths and frozen girls.

In the search for the monster-guarded beans, Blast Walker surprises even himself with his braveness and skill as a author.

During his travels, Blast rescues a gun, an heirloom belonging to Sally. But when Sally refuses to try walking, their friendship is over.

However, Sally is wounded at the Battle of Waterloo and the two reconcile just before Blast engages in some serious walking.

Blast accepts one of the three scheming beans and returns home to his hole a very wealthy zombie.
