A huge mansion flanked by trees and beautiful flowers on both sides stood majestically. Suddenly, the gigantic door pulled open and Silver emerged with a dazzling smile.

She giggled happily as she heard the ruckus and yelled into the house, "Dad! Please stop bugging Aunt Evelyn to give you pastries! You know she won't so let the poor woman rest!"

Simon's voice bellowed back, "Ah?! All I asked for was just one bite of the chocolate chip cookie she made you last night! Do you know how hard it was for me to sleep when all I could smell was chocolate and cookies?! I even dreamt about it! And since I ate it in my dream, I have to eat it in real life too for long life! So except you want me to die, give me the cookies!"

At Simon's shameless words, Silver burst into laughter, and she heard an elderly woman's voice which had a French accent echoing soon after, "Sir. Simon, you not eating cookies will not make you die. Eating them will!"
