Evan was acting strange and Chloe just noticed it. After they came back from the beach, he was impatient and walking around in the bedroom, as if he was worried about something.

“What’s the problem, Evan? You’ll end up drilling the floor of walking so much to and fro!” Chloe glanced at him and asked.

She was seated on a comfortable sofa near the window, reading a book.

“Nothing to worry about.” he was hyperventilating. “Ah! I forgot to tell you, I asked Gallaway to pick up your things and take to my apartment. We will come back to New York tomorrow.”

“How come Mr. Gallaway…?” she couldn’t finish her question.

“I have a copy of your keys. And Brianna helped him.”

“Evan.” She exhaled heavily to control herself. “Why you didn’t ask me first?”

“Because we discussed it already. I gave you time and now I can’t wait anymore.” he explained briefly.

“This is invasion of privacy!” she said discredited.
