He Tian's gaze turned colder and colder the longer he looked at Lexus. Even if the man seems capable, he still can't let himself accept this.

Why?! This was so sudden. He just looked away from his granddaughter for a second but then things have gone awry all of a sudden, so sudden that he was totally caught unprepared. How come she was immediately snatched away from him?

He Tian couldn't accept this at all. He still haven't paid his debt to his precious granddaughter. The time he spent with October were still too little. Such a thing really is unacceptable!

"Despicable scumbag who sullied my dear granddaughter." He Tian gritted his teeth so hard that it was starting to make grinding sound and his eyes turning red as if it were spewing fire. "This bastard!"

Assistant Ke looked at his 'demonoid' master who was seething with fury with bitterness and helplessness plastered on his aged face. He sighed in defeat. If his master will really go on a rampage, he really couldn't do anything about it.

Turning his head, Assistant Ke looked at the young man who seemed coldly and dangerously calm as he sat upright without cowering from his master's gaze. He couldn't help but praise this man while seeing this. But then again, considering his background, he couldn't really underestimate this young man.

Lexus looked coldly at the old man. He can hear him muttering but could not make out the words he was saying. However, as he looked at the old man, he can see that he was looking at him with such hatred in his eyes, so he can almost confidently say that the old man was not saying anything good.

Lexus frowned and his brows furrowed tightly. This old man had so much hatred toward him but he does not even know why. Also, who is this man?

As soon as he asked this to himself, Assistant Yu went to him and whispered in his ear. Only then did he remember who this old man was.

"Master He, I don't believe I have ever offended you in any way." Lexus said indifferently as he welcomed He Tian's glare.

He Tian snorted derisively and slammed the cup down on the table, almost toppling it over to spill the tea. "Bah! You don't know? You don't know?!"

Master He Tian coldly laughed as he looked at the confused look on Lexus' face. This brat just had the nerve to ask me that?

"Master He, even if you are an elder and a man who has great influence to many, I cannot let myself be humiliated like this when I don't even know what wrong I did for me to receive such poor treatment from you." Lexus coldly said as his piercing eyes squinted at the old man.

"Hmph!" He Tian harrumphed as he raised his chin up to look down on Lexus. No matter, he was still a dominating and formidable figure in City A and have great influence in other cities that was why his arrogance have such backing. "A brat like you do not deserve my granddaughter."

Lexus and Assistant Yu were dumbfounded when they heard his outburst. The first one to recover was, of course, Lexus.

With a scowl on his face, he retorted back in a snap, "Pardon Master He, I don't remember having been acquainted with one of your granddaughters."

Lexus does not associate much with people. He was an excellent man but also cold and dangerous. On parties and other gatherings of the top socialites in City A, he would never let himself set foot in it, not even once. Despite this, he was still the number 1 target for a lot of young ladies. That's why, he really was skeptical to this.

And the way He Tian was saying, it was like he was saying that he had a connection with his granddaughter. If his wife hears this, what will her reaction be?

He Tian's veins snapped. "Are you saying that you are denying her? You're keeping her in the dark? Is that it?!"

He Tian's face were livid in color as he looked at Lexus with his bloodshot eyes. He was furious. This man was actually keeping their marriage in secret?! Why? Is he embarrassed of her now? His breathing was rapid and his blood pressure rose.

Assistant Ke quickly went to his master's side and tried to calm him down but it did not work at all. However, who wouldn't be? He looked at Lexus with a menacing gaze, as if slicing Lexus' head off of his neck.

"Master He, I don't remember having any relationship with your granddaughter." Lexus' anger flared. He only has one woman in his life and that is October. There were no other women so why is this old man saying something so ridiculous?

What's more, if this accusation reached his lovely wife and will get angry with him, he really does not know what he will do. Even if this Master He was his opponent, he would not back down without a fight. To be misunderstood by his wife is the last thing that he wanted to happen.

He Tian's fist slammed the wooden table with a loud bang. He was now really furious. "How dare you deny my precious granddaughter?! She is such a well-tempered lady with a unique charm that all others doesn't have! But you, a brat like you, actually laid your dirty hands on my darling granddaughter yet denied her like so?!"

All the other black-suited men and Assistant Ke all had terrible scowls on their faces. They glared at Lexus openly as they heard his denial about their young miss.

Lexus was furious but he was also confused. He felt like they were somehow not on the same page. But before he could analyze this unusual situation more, his eyes instantly glowed a darker shade and looked really dangerous after he heard He Tian's next words.

"Ke, swallow the rest of this whole company." He Tian's voice boomed in the spacious office. "Take this as compensation for your insolence of sullying my cute granddaughter."

He Tian was unreasonable, that he was aware of. But can't just let his granddaughter be tied down to this man. How can he let her be with Lexus? He was even refusing to acknowledge his granddaughter. To make matters worse, he made her pregnant.

Hmph! I love the idea of having a great grandchild so it's good. Still, he can't let this slide. He will force October to leave this Lexus brat even if she will hate him, her grandfather.

"Master He, what is the meaning of this?" Lexus' eerie voice came out.

"Hmph! If you are a smart kid, then figure it out yourself." He Tian said indifferently.

Lexus frowned. He looked coldly and menacingly at Master He was he tried to connect the dots.
