Let's go home.

October wondered why he said it like that. He was just going to drop her in her apartment, right? But she still followed him and entered the car followed by Lexus.

Inside the car, Lexus run his fingers through his wet hair and glanced at his wife and his smile broadened. However, he frowned when he noticed that she still got herself wet. He can't leave her like this or she might get sick. That would be troublesome. Thinking this, he searched his car till he found some tissue and went to wife her. "Why didn't you have any coat on?"

October took a quick glance at Lexus before answering, "I didn't know it would rain today." She was telling the truth. It was still sunny in the morning so she really didn't expect it to change by the end of the day.

"You should have prepared one in your office in case something unexpected like this happen. What will I do if you'll get yourself sick?" Lexus looked at the woman beside him who was acting so indifferent to almost everything but himself. Sighing, he took off his coat and draped it on her but still wrapped his arm around her shoulders.

"Ah...there's no need for you to give your coat to me." October wanted to push the coat away but Lexus insisted on it and so just accepted it hesitatingly. She felt bad. Now, he will be cold.

Lexus was satisfied when he was not rejected when he put his arms around her and fleetingly looked down and saw that her hands were clasped together. Staring for a moment, he grabbed one of her hands with his free hand and clasped his hands with hers. His eyes distinctly glinted when he realized how cold her hands were.

"What are you doing?" October looked at their hands clasped together with wide eyes.

Lexus looked at her straight in the eyes and a mischievous smile bloomed on his handsome face. He slowly lifted their clasped hands and kissed her hand without breaking their gazes.

October felt like her heart was about to explode from this. His touch, his gaze, his smile, his voice: all of these always leaves her with a fluttering heart. Such a feeling was something she had never experience from someone before. What is this? She really doesn't know but one thing was sure, she doesn't want to lose these things. She wanted to keep them forever, keep them all for herself. Is this thinking of hers okay? If he'll know that she has these kinds of thinking, what will he do? Will he discard her?

But she doesn't know why she felt like this. She felt like he wouldn't abandon her even if the world met its destruction. Was she exaggerating? Maybe. But that's how she felt honestly. It was also a mystery for her how she can be this confident with this. Was this they called complete trust?

Seeing her eyes unblinkingly looked at him yet also not made Lexus irritated but also thought how cute she looked. What is she thinking? I want to know.

Lexus tightened his hold of her and landed a fleeting kiss on her slightly parted lips. After that, even at the low lighting in the car, he can still see her stunning face that looked shock and slowly turned red. Such a sight was priceless for him. He then let out a satisfied chuckle as his eyes never left the woman in his arms.

"Stop teasing me." October glared at him as she slapped his hand off her shoulder but the stubborn man always returned his hand on her shoulders without fail until she gave up. She pursed her lips and turned her head away from him. She doesn't want to look at his face that was so handsome that she might just get herself drunk from just staring at it. However, the damned man won't let her do it as he softly pushed her head to turn to him and instantly, their eyes collided staring unwaveringly at each other.

Just at this moment, something seems not right. October blinked her eyes and looked again at the scenery outside the car window. It was raining but some things were still clear for her and so noticed that she doesn't know why they were heading this road when this was not a road heading toward her apartment.

"Where are you taking me?" October asked.

"You'll see." Lexus replied with a mysterious look on his face.

"Young master, young madam. We're hear." Assistant Yu said after opening the door of the car to help them get out.

Lexus got out first before helping October out of the car. After that, he said as he placed his hand around her waist, "Starting today, this will be your home."

"What?" October looked wide-eyed at the villa before her and then turned to the man next to her. "My home?"

"Yeah, we're already married so its natural for us to live under the same roof." Lexus said before grabbing her small hand and pulled her toward the villa and entered.

Upon entering the villa, they were instantly greeted by lines of maids and butlers, "Welcome back, young master, young madam."

Turns out that Lexus have already informed them that they will have a new master today, their young madam to be precise, the wife of their young master.

October stopped and looked at the scene before her and turned stiff as soon as she heard them greet her as young madam. She still can't get used to it.

"Let's go to our room." Lexus said as a charming smile graced his face dazzling all of the people who witnessed it. "Take a shower first or you'll catch a cold."

Lexus pulled October upstairs and into their room. Starting today, they are going to start living together as a married couple. Thinking of this, Lexus' smile widened and turned mischievous.

After stopping in a door, Lexus opened it and pulled her in. October looked around the room to see a really spacious room with 1 massive bed with side tables and lamp shades on top of it. There were 3 doors; 1 that leads toward their bathroom, 1 for a leisure room, and 1 for their walk-in closet.

What was more surprising was that some of the clothes hanged in there were her clothes originally. She then looked at Lexus with inquisitive eyes as she connected the events that happened in the morning. "Was this why you asked for my apartment keys?"

October asked but didn't receive any response yet just saw his mischievous smile.

"Take a shower first." Lexus said as she softly pushed October inside the bathroom to freshen up. "After that, we'll have our dinner downstairs."

After thinking about it, she was starting to get hungry. With this, she nodded her head and entered the bathroom but was surprised when she also saw him entering the bathroom with her. Her eyes widened as she exclaimed, "What are you doing here?"

"Hm? Of course to take a shower too." Lexus replied innocently making October's face to darken as she saw the shameless man before her and wanted to wipe that smug smile on his face.
