203 203 Check-Up With Wifey (Part 2)

October and Lexus went inside the room where Doctor Cui, obstetrician-gynecologist, was waiting for them with a gentle smile on her face. 

"Please, have a seat first." Doctor Cui offered gesturing with her hand for the couple to sit on the chair provided. The nurse that accompanied October and Lexus into the room then silently bowed her head and closed the door. 

"Thank you." October nodded and pulled Lexus toward the offered seats and sat on one of them. Lexus was still silent at this point.

Doctor Cui still had on her gentle smile though she had a hard time on keeping her smile. 'It seemed as if the room had became quiet that it was so deafening and now goosebumps are running up my arms. Did I perhaps lowered the airconditioning more than usual?'

"Is this your first prenatal check-up, madam?" Doctor Cui asked. As soon as she looked closely at October, she was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful she was.
