17 17 Like A Drug
October was dazed for a good few minutes before blinking her eyes as if to make the situation sink in to her mind.
"I'm sorry. It seems I entered the wrong room." October coolly said as she turned around.
"Xi." Lexus called with his cold raspy voice as his eyes glinted dangerously making October's heart shudder.
Assistant Yu immediately blocked October's path. He knew that his young master wants to have a "nice" talk with Miss Park.
"Move aside." October said coldly to Assistant Yu as her eyes glowed with danger. She can feel his burning stare at her making her heart beat faster.
"I'm sorry, young madam. I can't do that." Feeling helpless and cornered, Assistant Yu looked away from October to avoid her gaze. She may look at him coldly as much as she could but the person behind her is much more dangerous than her a thousand times. Its like the devil himself in human's skin have crawled out of hell and wants to wreck havoc in this mortal world.
Assistant Yu can't and won't go against his young master's orders. Even if he wanted to, his whole body and soul would quiver in fear at the consequences he'll pay.
Lexus stood up from his seat and slowly and leisurely walked up to October. He smirked as he noticed October flinched as he got near her. He just couldn't help himself from getting more and more amused and interested with her. He guessed that maybe he's getting crazy with her. It like her presence is like a drug to him, making him more crazy and addicted to her. Even making him almost gone mad of not seeing her for almost a month for he felt that it was more than a year.
Lexus was really excited and ecstatic as the atmosphere in the room dropped below freezing point. Everyone in the room found themselves shivering in fear. They were afraid that this great ancestor would explode and lash out it's anger on them.
Assistant Yu knew that his young master was happy. But he still couldn't help himself from shivering. Seriously, how can his young master be so abnormal?
"M-move. I want to get out of here." October stammered in nervousness as she felt his cold presence behind her gritting closer and closer. It is hard for her to stop her voice from breaking.
October closed her hands into fists until it started shaking. She felt like her mouth run dry and something got stuck in her throat. She can ever hear her own heartbeat that was pounding so loud that it was almost deafinning. It was just nerve-wrecking.
She never felt so nervous in her whole life. Let her do some research, make reports, have proposals, and deal with investors and business partners, she wouldn't flinch one bit. But how come she's always in a mess every time she's with him? She can't understand it! Why is this happening to her? Isn't this just too absurd?
October felt herself so confused that it was almost dizzying her and she was in a daze until she felt that hot breath touching her bare neck. It immediately snap her out of her daze. That hot breath sent gentle tingles in her skin crawling down her spine and spreading all over her body.
October felt like her body was burning hot. It was more severe than the first time they talked and met. She wanted to run and escape from this room. However, no matter how much she tried, her body won't move.
"Where do you think you're going?" Lexus asked with cold voice making the room seem like it was enveloped with ice and snow.
The people inside the room loudly gulped. They took quick peeks at the woman that seemed to anger this ruthless CEO. They felt pity for her. However, everyone froze like a statue and almost broke to pieces at the scene they saw next happening before them.
Right after asking her, October felt his chilly hand wrap around her waist. She immediately got this electric current flowing from the place he touched her.
October was so shocked that she can't think much. She just suddenly found herself bumping into his hard chest. His arm coiled tightly around her waist, almost as if he was afraid that she will disappear any moment. His breathing was more strong now and more cold, but it felt hot every time it touches her skin. She knew her neck was getting redder and redder.
"Let go of me." October said as she tried to control herself. She needs to keep herself together or else, she would do something she'll soon regret.
"I won't." Lexus replied as his ocean eyes turned darker. He just saw her neck turn red, spreading to her ear, before his eyes. How can he let go of her now?
"Let go." October coldly said, her eyes showed clear determination.
"Never." Lexus seductively whispered into her ear making her ears turned red even more. He was very curious as to what she looked right now. With that thought in mind, he said, "Look at me."
"No." An immediate response from October made Lexus more eager to look at her.
Lexus was curious and didn't notice that he just got rejected twice. Not waiting to waste any more time, he swiftly twisted her body to make it so that she was facing him. He then held her tighter by the waist and used the other hand to lift her face.
Lexus knew that his woman, his wife, was gorgeous. But he didn't expect that she'll be even more beautiful than any other girls he'd seen in his entire lifetime. Her current flushed face and her teary green eyes looking straight at him was enough to make him drunk. He looked at her half parted lips that were wet and red and thought of how sweet and soft those red petals were. It was just highly intoxicating.
Lexus knew this woman is the one for him. The only woman he knew who can make him feel something like this. His unmoving and cold heart was now hot and beating for her. It was screaming for her.
He felt it was weird at first but it didn't felt bad, instead it was so good. She was calm and cool in front of others. She was strong in front of others. She was an independent and capable woman in front of her colleagues. She was an emotionless woman to everyone.
However, in front of him, she was nothing like that. She showed him a different side of her. She showed him her real and unguarded self. She looked colorful and beautiful.
Lexus couldn't hold himself anymore as he crashed his chilly lips into her cold lips. Immediately, his was engrossed in her soft and sweet taste. He wants to taste more of her making his pull her body into him. If only he could make her into one with him, he would do it. That way, he can protect her, keep her away from other people's harm.
He was so engrossed in her sweetness. He bit her bottom lip making a moan escape from October. Lexus' desire burned more when he heard her seductive moan.
October felt a pain on her bottom lip making her let out a moan. She was not expecting her voice to sound something like it at all. But she was not able to think more of it when she found her mouth was immediately taken over by his tongue followed by his chilly and minty fragrance.
Every corner and every inch of her mouth were explored. It felt weird and tingly in every touch but also sweet.
October almost lost all of her breath for Lexus would give her little time to catch it. Her face was flushed but he leaned more to deepen their kiss making her bend backward.
Losing her strength to stand, she thought she would fell but Lexus held her still to continue kissing her. This was the longest kiss she'd ever had. She wanted to breath so badly but he won't just stop. She patted his chest to stop him as her eyes started to water.
After knowing that October was almost on the verge of fainting, Lexus finally stopped. Both were panting heavily and looked flushed as they stared at each other. October and Lexus really forgot that they were not alone.
Assistant Yu and everyone else in the room were so quiet and blushed at the scene happening in front of them. Some looked at them with sparkling eyes, some have green eyes, some too embarrassed to look, some fanned themselves with their hand.
They really wanted to scream at this couple to get a room. But who would really dare do it? Not them, that's for sure.
However they think, October and Lexus were still stuck at each other's eyes. All were forgotten but the person in front of them.
