1 Prologue: Death

Nora tried to free herself from the clutches of the chain. She stared coldly at her younger sister, Anna, who was taking pleasure in Nora's misfortune.

'I'm really done this time' Nora thought to herself. She never imagined that the younger sister she has been protecting and pampering all these while hated her this much. She was shocked and hurt.

She accepted the truth and focused on how to release herself from the chains.

Anna scoffed. "Elder sister, don't even bother yourself, you are never going to make it out of this place alive. Finally I get to destroy you after years of waiting. Hahahaha" Ana laughed maniacally.

Nora looked at her like She was crazy and continued struggling to free herself. In the midst of struggling, a thought occurred to her.

Yes, her powers. She could use her powers to free herself. Why didn't she think about that before.

Nora closed her eyes and when she opened it back, her pupils were totally red. She concentrated all of her energy on the chains used to bound her. The chains started lifting, as if there was an unseen force controlling it.

Anna stared at Nora, wide eyed. She was shocked at what she was seeing. Her elder sister had something like this and she was unaware?

Nora payed no attention to Anna's expression and continued what she was doing, but she made a mistake. She was not supposed to concentrate all of her energy on the chains and why was that? Because the chains were already rustic. They were no more of high quality so the energy needed was just minimal. As Nora was too concentrated on freeing herself, she did not notice that the chain was already melting, so when she realized, it was too late. The chains were already melted and her powers were already concentrating on her skin, so she started to burn.

She was so shocked that she could not retract her eyes on time so she burnt deeper. She could only watch helplessly as she burned all over.

Anna, who was planning to murder Nora herself smiled evilly when she saw Nora burn herself. She stood up and watched as Nora burned completely. She turned around and left when she ascertained that Nora could not make it alive.

Nora's last thought before she passed out was that if she could live a second time, she will destroy all those who killed her. She slowly closed her eyes as she felt her body burn completely.
