In the dressing room a maid came to meet her.

"I'm here to help you with the dress missus," the maid answered confidently, smiling even no one had asked her a question.

"oh thank you," Maya said awkwardly, cursing herself for not being able to have a simple competition.

The maid, mistaking Maya awkwardness as disgust, changed her attitude, "Your welcome," she said robotically.

The maid helped Maya efficiently into her dress.

As Maya turned around she gasped. She look at the mirror in disbelief. The maid looked even more shocked as her mouth dropped to her feet. "Woahhhh" the maid whispered under her breath, "how beautiful."

"Thank you."

Maya walked into the room her grandma was waiting in.

Her grandma gasped, "oh Maya, you look wonderful... come let me do your hair."

she twisted Maya's hair into a simplistic bun decorated with the iresdesent pearls on her dress, this just added to Maya's naturally beauty .

Maya, almost in tears whispered, "As much as I live the dress, I still don't want to get married, Granny. Please don't make me.

"Maya, sweetie, I know the man your getting married to and trust me, there is no one else better suited for you."

Maya felt relieved by her grandma's words.

Maya gracefully walked out of the room and made her way towards where she would meet her future husband...
