7 Chapter 5: The Power of Darkness

I was lost for words with what I heard from Arhin. I mean, I can't believe it. All of us don't. How come that the most powerful empire here in Aurora's Land, be defeated that easily?

I can see everyone of my colleagues shocked reactions after hearing what Arhin said.

"You can't fool a fool, Arhin. Stop making stories. That's not funny." I said with a deadly glare, but he just pouted.

"But he's telling the truth... The king and queen are already dead the moment we left that place. So many of them died, if you were there, you might believe it." Xel said, making my heart thump in fear.

"Then does that mean..." All I thought about was him. Did he also died? Did he also suffered? What about oracle? Are they ok?

"Please tell me they're still alive." I said as my knees felt weak by what I heard.

"Oh? We must've said something wrong? Sorry about that." Arhin bullied, making my breath unstable, again.

"What if they didn't made it? Or what if they did? How are they right now? Please! Tell me they're ok." I started to tear up as I think of things in a negative way. "I can't continue moving forward without you! You promised me we'd be able to see each other again!"

"You made a promise didn't you!" I screamed as loud as I can and never minded everyone around me. I cried here in my spot as I think of things that might has happened to them. "How would I suppose to carry on now?" I asked silently at closed my eyes. Never minding these two people in front of me.

"Oooh??? But I saw someone who'm I think is special to you, and want to know what I did?" I heard Arhin whispered, giving me goosebumps. "Remember your family?" I saw him smirking evilly.

That made me shocked as I saw my past again. It played in my mind and I can clearly see how he killed my father, then mom, and my twin sisters. Specially what he did to Jaimey. It made me so mad that I can't control myself again. This feeling, this sensation. This madness. I'm gonna go berserk again.

But I didn't mind. All I want is their deaths, all of them. I want them to suffer just like what they did to me and my family. Specially to Gtanger and Oracle.

In just a loud scream, the rope around me untied and faded. I can still see my sorroundings, bu darkness is starting to illuminate around me. I can see dark aura starting to penetrate my peripheral visions. And this is the same scene when I am about to go berserk, to which I just didn't mind.

And with a snappy feeling inside of me. I heard a teeny echoing sound in my ear. It was like Eeeeeeiiiing~ and then none.

"I will make you all pay." I said and without other words to say, I quickly attacked the two earlier. And even if I am not the one controlling myself, I just let it be. All that is inside of my mind right now, is the death of these two bastards.

Third Person

After the rope snapped. Xel and Arhin, well to be honest, everyone was surprised to see Daisy's eyes starting to change colors. The cornea was turning black and even if the iris was still brown, they can feel the demonic power within her.

"I will make you all pay." She said, and with no other words to say, she punched Xel in the gut, making him flew away. Five meters away from her and landed his back on a tree. This made him grunt and unable to move.

Arhin on the other hand, put his guard on and waited for Daisy's attack to counter her. "Want to fight? Shall give it to you then." He was surprised to see Daisy behind him, with an evil smile forming her lips before feeling a surprised pain in his gut and flew away. He rolled for like three times, making him cough blood.

"Her aura changed in an instant! Unbelievable! This must be the power of the phoenix." He said and looked at Daisy walking towards him. "Challenging if I may say." He grinned and started to charge.

"Wait! That is not the phoenix who'm your dealing with! It's the total opposite!" He heard someone say, but he didn't mind at this and just continued to charge. "Stop it! You're gonna get yourself killed!" He again heard.

"I am not as weak as you, punk!" He said and tried to pierce her knife right at Daisy's heart, when he stopped moving ten inches away from her. He was confused at first, but after seeing Daisy's smile growing bigger, he was caught off guard and was blown away for the second time.

"HAHAHA! What a wimp!" He heard Daisy said while walking towards him. He kept on charging, but to no avail. "Is that all you've got?" She asked impatiently and yawned. "Go home then." She said and punched him in the face, making his view a bit blurry.

"Daisy! Stop that! Stop what you're doing!" Dean Jean called out but was of no use.  "Everyone! Help me wake Daisy up, or she will be able to kill that man for good!" She said and although some of them are scared. They still tried.

"Daisy! This is not right! Please stop! You've done enough!" Rose shouted, making Daisy look at her. She thought it worked, so she smiled with victory, but as she see Daisy raising her brows, she realized she was wrong.

"Daisy don't let your emotions take you away from us! Remember the training!" Professor Rylie shouted.

"Oh shut up with your lame training methods!" Daisy said and with just a waive of her hand. Professor Rylie was knocked unconscious. "Now~ where were we?" She asked and was looked at the now scared Duskians.

She smiled sweetly at them, but it soon turned into an evil grin as she faced her hand towards them and a dark orb escaped from her palm and annihilated a fourth of the cavalry.

"HAHAHA! Feel the power of darkness!" Her laugh was booming all over the place as she kept on attacking the enemies.

"It's time to stop!" She heard Xel's voice and was caught off guard, making him scratch her on the shoulder. It was a very deep cut and a long one. "You may have the most powerful magic, but I will never back down." He said in a serious tone, making Daisy's eyes glint in excitement.

"I'd like to see you try and defeat me then!" She said and her bruise was healed as fast as four. Making all of them surprised.

"Her magic is unbelievable!" Professor Eurie said while trying her best to assist every student after Rylie's knockout. Greg was the one trying to wake him up.

"I can't wake him! Her magic is too powerful to be stopped. She's restraining me from healing him." Professor Greg said, making everyone worry.

"What should we do?" Dean Jean asked. "Oh no! Look!" She said and pointed above. "Chang'e Moon is changing its colors!" She said as they witnessed how the moon's color started to become red.

"This is bad. We need to stop her before it's too late!" Greg said and looked at Daisy. "Oy! Stop right there young lad! What is up with you?! Why did you do all of this in a sudden? Did Arhin triggered you or something?" He said and that made Daisy look at him with scrunched eyebrows.

"What did he told you about? Huh?! Is it about your family and friends?!" With what Traceler said, Daisy stopped and looked at him in silence.
