Grey Deer Squad

3rd POV

After that Julius went back multiple times to talk to Yami and the day came when Julius was appointed Magic Captain to Grey Deer Squad and Hikaru was appointed as his Vice Captain.

Julius came to visit one last time to convince him to join the magic knights and finally Yami agreed. The day came when magic knight test began. Having Yami and many talented knights soon join Julius' squad.

Hikaru POV

"Julius! We are going to be late for the testing ceremony! Hurry!" I yell at my brother. "Yes Karu~ We will be just fine." he says in a relaxed tone. He then grabs my hand and teleports us to the balcony with the other magic captains.

A flash of light shines once we arrive and blinds the contestants. I stand back, where other Vice Captains are and Julius calls out to the incoming knights "Welcome future magic knights! I am Julius Novachrono, the Captain of Grey deers. We are going to conduct a few tests to see your skills and will choose which knights we wish to have in our squads." After that the contestants yell in excitement.

As another Captain announces the test, I look down and observe the contestants. I a couple familiar guys in the crowd and smirk to myself. This is going to be an interesting bunch of knights.

Moments later~

The exam is finally finished and the captains will now choose their desired men/women who they want to be on. The captains now are going to meet with their new knights and show them to the headquarters.

Julius and I head down from the balcony to meet our new members. I spot them and start heading in their direction.

"Well it's been a while hasn't it Yami" I smile at our new member with Julius behind me talkng to another member. "Well it sure has. It seems like you haven't changed a bit little deer." he smirks while looking at me. I laugh at this nickname he gave me. "Well that's a cute nickname. But I'm not that much smaller than you, plus we are the same age. Besides it seems you've changed since the last time I saw you. But just to let you know it may seem like I haven't changed one bit, but your quite mistaken. " I smile at this spiky hair boy. Now its his turn to laugh at me. "You have some spunk it seems now." he replys.

Now its Julius turn to talk to Yami and I now turn to look at the other new members. I look and see a boy with a mask covering half his face. This mask has caught my full attention. I look at him for a while and he notices. I walk towards him giving him a smile. "Its nice to meet you. I'm Hikaru Novachrono, the vice captain of the grey deer." I stick out my hand for a hand shake. He then looks at me with wide eyes for a bit and shakes my hand.

"Are you perhaps related to Captain Julius." he asks. I nod my head in response "Yes, I'm his little sister. It's nice to have you in the squad..." He picks up that he hasn't given me his name. "My name is William Vangeance. Its a pleasure to meet you Ms.Hikaru."

I smile at his response. "Hikaru. Just Hikaru is fine. But I must ask, that mask of yours...Did my brother give that to you" I say while tilting my head. He looks at me a bit surprised that I knew. "Yes, Captain gifted this to me a while ago." he responds.

"Ahhh. I see, then you must be that William then. My brother or Captain Julius has told me about you and your magic. It's quite unique and beautiful, I must say...Ah, you must be curious why I knew about that mask as well. The mask is quite unique... and has this style which I know is my brother's style" I say while smiling and giggling a bit. He looks at me and smiles.

Julius now calls us all over and teleports us back to the hideout. I show the new members their rooms and I can finally call it the end of the day.
