7 7. That was Kindness?!

Katelyn heard the door to her cell slam open, her body curled tighter and more securely into the blankets. She held her breath unsure of what to expect. Had she perhaps pushed her captor too far? Was it a mistake? What would he do now? She felt her stomach churn at the thought of those men touching her, they way they devoured her with their eyes and stripped her away her clothing with their gaze the previous evening was enough to a make her want to vomit. But she couldn't go back now. Would she have to face them again? The blanket was pulled remarkably tighter around her body. If that was what he had planned for her didn't care what it took she would fight them tooth and nail until she was free.

There was a pull on the blanket wrapped around, as much as she clung to it she found it immediately unraveled causing her to almost tumble onto the floor. She winced feeling the cold damp floors of the ship hitting her skin, the course wood digging into her flesh and glared at the man in front of her.

"You had 5 minutes!!" He spat at her, the anger in voice just barely under control. "Or did you think that was an option?" With every word he stalked toward her causing her crawl farther back into the room. The door was slammed shut behind him and as she was pressed to wall his body towering over her the remaining blanket in her hands was pulled away. It was instinct which caused her to flinch away from him but in his right hand he took her chin and pressed his lips to her once more.

He kissed her, roughly and without tenderness pressing his weight into her slender form his other free hand gripping her hips, calloused fingers tracing her curves which were now covered in blue satin as a low and heavy growl escaped from his lips.

The small voice which had previously been telling Egil to ere on the side of caution was getting quieter and quieter, his intent had only been initially to scare her but the moment he walked into the room the fragrance from her hair and the memories of their early kiss invaded his senses. He brought his knee up on the bed and about to use it to push against her legs when a small sound brought him back to reality.

"Ah..Ahh" Katelyn half moaned half cried out against his lips her hands pushing against his weight. It had been momentary but she had almost forgotten where she was thanks to this mans advances. Her face flushed red in anger and embarrassment and just as he was coming to his senses Katelyn's hand managed slide out and as she swung her nails came tearing down his cheek gouging his flesh.

Egil's eyes went wide and he glared down at her coming to feet, he took a steadying breath and clenched his fists when he seen tears starting to pool from her eyes. He steadied his voice. "Next time you are given an order, I expect you will listen. I cannot guarantee my men will be as kind to you now as I just was." With that he stormed out of the room his mind in chaos.

Katelyn stared at the empty doorway. Blankly. Her mind numb, her lips bruised from his kiss. She could still feel where his hands were on her body and a sob tore from her throat. It had been so close, and now she didn't even have the energy to be mad at him. With trembling legs she crawled back to the bed and pulled the blanket around her, her chest heaving. That..That was kindness?
