A new power in the underground

It was late at night and Ryuu was running from rooftop to rooftop. He was searching for the shady man he met when he was searching for Berserker and the other guys that Nezu told him to find.

The man was in the same dark alley as always, Ryuu jumped down and landed near the man.

"Good evening ! I am back !" Ryuu stated casually.

The man was surprised the see the vigilante in black outfit appear.

"Huh? You're still alive after a meeting with Toxic ?" the man asked with what looked like an attempt to be funny. "It's been a week since our last meeting and I thought that you were…well, … you know…"

"Well, it could have been true, though !" Ryuu stated "His quirk was really dangerous !"

The man was wearing curious expression.

"Did you beat him ?" the man asked.

"Yeah, he wasn't really strong, but his quirk was a pain to deal with !" Ryuu replied.

The man looked like he have heard the best news of his life.

"Finally, someone took that jerk down !" the man said with smile.

Then Ryuu continued.

"Like I said last time, I have a proposal for you !" He said. "I am gathering people for my organization and you look like the one I need for the collect of informations !"

The looked at him with a face that meant that he wanted more details.

Ryuu explained him tye C-project in the outlines.

(An organization that will act in the shadow to protect people and help the heroes composed by normal people and former villains !)

"…and I need you as my informant !" Ryuu added.

"That's look to be a good plan, and I am also thankful for you taking Toxic down !" the man stated "I am in !"

Ryuu grined under his mask.

"Then follow me !" Ryuu stated while leaving the alley.

The man did as said and followed him.

They walked for a while until they reached a field with a building under construction.

"This will be our new headquarter !" Ryuu stated as he pointed at the building.

"It's quite huge !" the man commented.

The building had 16 floors and it looked like there would be further ones.

"Yes, it's because that fact that there are several rooms for the new recruits as well !" Ryuu said. "Let's get inside !"

They then went inside the field and entered in the building.

They then went at the basement.

As they were going downstairs, some light could be seen from the lower stage.

Once they arrived there, they met six other people.

There was six people there, one was a young man that was in a black suits, next to him there was a blond man wearing a white shirt and black pants, there was also a tall man with black hairs with a scary look in a similar black suits than the young one. There was as well a blond girl in a blue outfit and next to her a boy with purple hair and that looked tired and the last one was a tall man with long black hairs that was none other than the underground hero Eraserhead.

"These are the six great commanders and you are the seventh !" Ryuu stated as he was standing in front of the six people and turning toward the shady man.

The man was surprised, Ryuu didn't tell him that he would be one of the commanders.

He was speechless.

"He is Karui Mizu the first commander and leader of the battle team, the B-group !" Ryuu indroduced Karui to the new member.

"And he is Ken Densha the fourth commander and leader of the defense team, the D-group !" he continued.

"Afterwards, Kurushii Tsume fifth the leader of the attack team, the A-group !"

"The third commander and leader of the Hero team, the H-group, Eraserhead !"

"The second commander, Hitoshi Shinsou, the leader of the training team, the F-group(F from Formation) !"

"And She is Manako Utsusu, the sixth commander and leader of the support team, the G-group (G from Gadget) !"

He then turned toward the last man waiting for him introduce himself.

The shady man then took off his hood.

"I am Ryuudan Fureru !" the man stated.

"Well, Ryuudan, you are the seventh commander and the leader of the information gathering team, the E-group (E from enquiry)" Ryuu said.

"And the last one, the supreme commander, and leader of the C-group in other words YOUR leader, Ryuuji Jiyuu !" he finished as he took his mask and helmet off.

Ryuudan's eyes widened as he realized who was in front of him, it was the son of the famous Ryuuga Jiyuu, the leader of the Jiyuu clan.

"Welcome in the C-project !" Ryuu added.

After the meeting they left the place and went home.

Back home Ryuu went to his room but as he was near its door, someone bumped in him.

It was a black haired girl in a black yukata and with bandages covering her eyes.

It was Toori, she was about to fall due to the shock when Ryuu caught her up before she hit the floor.

She was surprised and turning her head around as she extended her arms forward and trying to feel who was the person holding her.

As her hands reached his face, Ryuu spoke.

"Are you alright ?" he asked with what seemed to be a worried tone.

"I-I am fine…" Toori replied shyly.

"Sorry I didn't see you !" Ryuu apologized.

"No it was my fault, I should have been more attentive !" she replied while stirring her hands trying take to entire responsibility.

"No no, it wasn't your fault…" Ryuu retorted.

It was then that he noticed the awkward posture they were in.

He blushed a little as he realized that and quickly helped Toori to stand up.

"If you are okay then, I'll take you to your room !" Ryuu stated.

"No, it's fine, I can get back in my room alon… !" Toori tried to argue but she was cut by Ryuu lifting her and carrying her in his arms to her room.

She was speechless, she could only blush strongly.

After Ryuu left in her room, he went in his.

He then collapsed on the bed.

"It was a tiring day !" he said followed by a sigh.

"I have many things to do from now on !"

9 months later,

Ryuu, Mana and Hitoshi were standingvin front of the gigantic gate of UA.

"Hitoshi, Mana good luck !" Ryuu said. "Let's do our best !"

"Yeah !" both of them replied with a smile.

The new power that have emerged in the underground was growing fastly.

The C-project was about to really begin.

The rumors about the organization had already spread in the underground.

"Did you hear about the 'C-project' ?"

"Yeah, apparently, it's a new powerful organization in the underground !"

"I had also heard that it was like vigilante group !"
