in 2023, a black meteor has fallen to earth and has emitted smoke that covers the entire earth. Many plants and animals have died causing some of the mankind to be unable to survive.After a year, the smoke disappeared suddenly and mankind began a new life. Unbeknownst to them, the smoke emitted from black meteors has altered the structure of their DNA.this causes every baby born to have the power of the various elements that exist on earth.it is true that such power can be of use to human civilization, but of course there are some irresponsible human beings who use such power for evil.that's why hero organizations were established in every country to curb these crimes
