It became a natural habit. Damien bullying Lucas in the guise of pity and Lucas enduring it all because of his guilt. Over the time however ,Lucas found himself falling for Damien's charm. Damien was never the one to hold back his feelings. And Lucas knew he definitely had male companions as well.

Yesterday in the locker room he could feel the sexual tension between them. He knew for Damien this was a joke but for Lucas,if this goes, he may actually feel something he should never have. Not to this guy.

Lucas knew of Damien's manipulative ways but he only had to endure it for another week so that he can bid good bye to Damien and would have nothing to do with him.

But on the other side , Damien felt the opposite. At first he wanted to tease Lucas but now he fell in love with the foolishly kind guy. He was so easily fooled into doing things that Damien wondered how many people took advantage of him. At first he seemed to be a strong arrogant punk but now Damien felt like he needed to protect Lucas from other predators.

On One hand, this feeling made Lucas push away Damien and on the other ,it made Damien to be closer to Lucas.

The sudden change in Damien's mannerism, the increased bonding between Lucas and Damien didn't go unnoticed by Michael.

"You like him, don't you?" Michael questioned his best friend.

Damien didn't say anything.

"I am not here for few weeks and you run around making friends, breaking your arm and

whatnot." Michael's voice was more of a scolding but the mischevious smile in his eyes made it clear to Damien that his best friend was having fun teasing him.

"Shut up." Damien rolled his eyes and went back to reading a book.

They were in Michael's room. They occassionally hung out here if only his mother was home since she never bothered them anyway. If Michael's dad been here, he would come in between to make sure Damien was comfortable.

" He is pushing me away." Damien said suddenly.

Michael looked at Damien. He was unreadable.

"I really like him. It's the first time I have felt this way but he .." His voice trailed off. His eyes looked sad.

Michael being the good friend he always was, decided it was time to help his friend. He had never seen Damien care about anyone else besides his family and him.

"Do you want me to help you?"

Damien stared at Michael but said nothing.

"You know I can", Michael send raising his brow arrogantly.

"How?" Damien questioned.

Michael smirked. "Just leave it to me. In return , do me a favour later."

He is going on about the next merger our company makes, so that he can invest, Damien thought. This cunning Businessman! He will do whatever it takes to get that information. Damien felt reassured.

Lucas has no option to go anywhere .
