133 Secrets [C133]

After five minutes of walking, they finally reached the room.

The room was quite spacious, with almost 20m2 of space. It had two beds, separated by slightly more than a meter of distance, and a lot of decorations, from carpets to a chandelier on the roof.

Seeing the chandelier, Shu Himo thought back of Ifera Runa, noticing how Hu Zan looked worried about her, who knew what she will do...

Once walked inside, they bid goodnight to Hu Zan, and looking around, Shu Himo immediately took out his Essence Qi Clock.

Examining the Essence Qi flow, he then put various formation rods in the floor, creating a formation to not make anyone hear outside what they will talk about.

While inside of the formation, even if they were screaming, not even a Longevity Realm expert would not be able to eavesdrop them.

They then all seated on the same bed, and Shu Himo looked at Aura Azusa, while she also seriously looked at him, knowing that the secret he was about to tell her, was something important.

Seeing that he had her attention, he began explaining, "The Bullsh*t System is something I obtained by chance, even I don't know why I have it. It has no form, and I can only hear it or see some displays from it, used for various things… If I had to describe it with some adjectives I would say…"

Pondering about it for a moment, Shu Himo seriously said, "Greedy, annoying, pricey, shameless, liar, and just once in a while, he can be a bit useful."

[Oi.]

The system could not believe it, wasn't Shu Himo just slandering the system? How was that explaining?

Aura Azusa was dumbfounded, greedy? Shameless? Pricey? Just what was he talking about?

Seeing her puzzled expression, Shu Himo chuckled, "The system always give me absurd quests, and many times if I don't complete them, only death will result… don't you think it's unfair?"

He was about to continue talking about the quests by starting to the first one he did, yet his eyes suddenly widened in shock, 'Wasn't I transformed into a cow?! System! A cow is female, please tell me you were joking and I was actually transformed into a bull!'

[The User was not transformed in a bull, but instead in a cow… the current expression of the User is interesting, the system will consider it as a payback for the adjectives from before.]

Shu Himo blanked out in shock, how could the system do something like that? 'I swear system, I will destroy your reputation today!'

[What? Is the User asking for an Abrupt Quest?]

'Hah! Revealing your true colors, system? But I will never bend against you!'

Seeing Shu Himo's expression change continuously, Aura Azusa was dumbfounded, wasn't he explaining? Perhaps, the system got angry over his explanation and they started bickering with each other?

A couple seconds later Shu Himo finally calmed down, and looked Aura Azusa, continuing his explanation, "When I manage to complete a quest, the system will give me a couple 'BS point' as a reward, which I can use to upgrade my cultivation level… but every price is absurdly high, and the system will search any possible way to force me to waste the points…"

Noticing that Shu Himo was bend on slandering the system, how could the system not do anything about it?

Suddenly, in front both of them, a display appeared.

[The system is fair and just, something such as forcing the User to spend BS points never happened.]

Aura Azusa was shocked, if the system could just talk using the display... why didn't he do it earlier?

Shu Himo could not believe it, wasn't unfair using a display? 'That's cheating! You weren't supposed to enter in the conversation, just let me explain to her!'

[If the User stops with those slandering phrases, the system will not say anything.]

Sighing, Shu Himo knew to not have any other choice, 'Fine, I will explain to her while omitting how greedy you always are then...'

[The system is never greedy.]

'Sure, how not.'

Taking a deep breath, Shu Himo restarted explaining. He only talked in general about what the system was, explaining mostly about how he had to complete quests to obtain points, which he required to raise his cultivation realm, he did not explain most functions and did not reveal the quality of the cultivation technique.

Hearing everything, Aura Azusa was stupefied, she did not think it would be something like this!

If information about the system were to leak out, wouldn't all the experts in the world chase after him? The possibility to raise the cultivation realm this quickly was something serious!

The only problem with it was the high-risk of death created by the quests… that, instead of a normal cultivation method which was generally safe yet slow, the method from the system was risky yet fast.

Aura Azusa, even if she knew that he did not explain everything about it, knowing the importance of it she felt overjoyed, being confided such a secret from Shu Himo, she tightened her fist in resolve.

How could she hesitate anymore after he showed such trust in her?

At that moment, she was feeling the fear of not being accepted, or even being repudiated, yet, even while feeling such fears she reminisced about the trust Shu Himo gave her, and her eyes cleared in resolve.

Looking toward Shu Himo, she simply said, "Himo, there is one thing I want to tell you."

Hearing her serious yet trembling tone, Shu Himo tensed up, as he nodded seriously.

Taking a deep breath, she slowly moved her lips, "Actually… I'm not of the human race…" Clenching her fists tightly, with her nails digging into the palms until she started bleeding, she forced herself to say the next words, "I am a vampire."

The vampires were a race hunted on sight from the angels and any of their allies. Admitting of being a vampire, it could be said that she was placing her life on the hands of the other party.

Looking at the ground as soon as she said it, diverting her own attention from Shu Himo as if fearing to see his reaction, she anxiously waited to hear an answer from him… but, no matter how much she waited, the answer didn't come.

Slowly raising her head, as if peeking toward Shu Himo, she saw that he had a sweet smile, as he calmly replied, "Even if the whole world was against you, I would not betray you because of your race."

Even if she did not think Shu Himo would hate her, the fear that of being hated from him due to her race always existed hidden within her heart... and hearing those words, she felt a sense of relief from within, as her eyes became slightly watery, but she still held herself back, as she did not yet end talking.

Sighing deeply for a moment, feeling that she had just released weight off her shoulders, she looked toward Shu Himo and asked, "Do you want to hear my past?"

Slowly nodding once again, Shu Himo looked seriously at her.

Noticing how she was acting differently than usual, he knew that she was about to talk of something important, so he believed that words at that moment were pointless, and simply nodded, as only the intent was important.

Seeing that he accepted, Aura Azusa began talking of a certain day… a day she will never forget.
