1 Ronin Uchiha, Brother of Shisui

Ronin was numb to the world, one week ago his elder brother allegedly committed suicide, now five days later his entire Clan was killed, save for the Killer, Sasuke, and Ronin himself. Ronin and Shisui were quite the pair, their skills complimented each other...no, skills wasn't a fair representation of the compatibility the brothers had. Ronin had an innate talent for the Body Flicker Technique like his brother, but his true power laid in the Talent for Fuinjutsu, Shurikenjutsu, Kenjutsu, and the advanced proficiency for Taijutsu, Genjutsu, and Sharingan he displayed.
Ronin's pain is much deeper however for he possesses a Yin-Half of one of The Tailed-Beasts, Ronin is grateful for the companionship this Tailed-Beast provides him, as it too has eyes bathed in the lights of pain. Ronin lacks the passion he once had, his once vibrant Aura was now shrouded in despair, his once picturesque and photogenic Green Chakra was now shrouded in a despairing shade of Scarlet Red. Ronin has contemplated Suicide many times within the last week, first in order to be with Shisui, and then just to not be alone anymore.
Ronin dejectedly completes the Uchiha Kenjutsu Stances before taking a Sealing Brush and dipping it into Chakra absorbent ink. Painting on a Gravity Seal, which he uses to pour Chakra in order to both create a backup reservoir of Chakra and create a weight for training and everyday life. As more Chakra is flowed into it, the heavier the weight becomes. This would help mold his body for future fighting. It was similar to the weighted clothing typically utilized by Users of the Eight Inner Gates Taijutsu Style.
Ronin also applied a Pressure Seal to his Body, which though similar to the Gravity Seal, absorbed his Stamina in order to both build it up and have an untapped backup supply if he ever ran dry out of energy and didn't wish to use the Military Rations Pills to Rejuvenate his body. In place of the Stamina taken, Pressure is applied to the Bones and Muscles of the user, low enough not to cause damage, but high enough to increase the density and resiliency of his Bones and Muscles respectively. All of this would occur over a period of a few weeks, with the level of pressure being raised with either the passing of the days or weeks.
Ronin was tempted to apply a Seal of Power or Seal of Storage onto himself, but the first two took a lot out of him by themselves. The Seals required a Pint of His own Blood to be mixed in with the Ink, which made it naturally respondent to his own Chakra. Of course this limited his ability to mass produce the Ink necessary to paint the Seals since he had to wait at least a few days before he was able to extract another pint, and Ronin always let it go untapped for week before he drew another pint from himself. Ronin gave himself another week before he started to lose his numbness.
When Shisui died, Ronin awoke his Sharingan, when the Clan was killed something happened to his Sharingan...no, that was a general answer, when Itachi came and ran him through, he confessed to killing Shisui, and the Cruelty in his voice broke something inside him, blood ran from his eyes as whatever was unleashed forced Itachi to retreat. Itachi called it the Mangekyō Sharingan, but Ronin didn't recognize the name.
Shrugging on his Clothes, Ronin left the House, it was time for thee Academy...

As Ronin left the House Sasuke was passing by.
''He has to die Sasuke, he killed my brother.'' Ronin says with zero passion.
''He will. We will see it done Together. Shisui was the first to die, that binds us to the death of Itachi. For The Uchiha Clan, For Shisui, and For Us.'' Sasuke says, his tone vengeful and dark.
The spark in Sasuke's eyes began to rekindle Ronin's dying fire. All he needed was something to provoke his dying flames into a raging inferno....

Hiruzen Sarutobi and Danzo Shimura were rarely in agreement, but today things were different. Ronin Uchiha was a Jinchuriki and an Uchiha with the Mangekyō Sharingan and was thus too valuable to place in Root. Danzo had no desire to take The boys Mangekyō because as a Jinchuriki that ran the risk of loosing a Valuable Military deterrent. By all accounts the boy was in relative control of his Tailed-Beast, making him far more valuable than Minato's brat at present.
There's also the fact that the boy was able to force Itachi of all people to retreat. Whatever his abilities were, Danzo had no desire to find out right now. But he knew that of the two remaining Uchiha, Ronin had suffered slightly more than Sasuke having lost Shisui prior to what many were calling The Uchiha Clan Downfall. Thus his mental state had already been rather raw emotionally, and The Near Extinction of the Clan provided a necessary Catalyst for Ronin to Awaken the Mangekyō. This made assigning a Guardian essential as he was at particular risk of self-harm right now.
An ANBU would be best suited, but even as much as he was loathe to admit it, Danzo knew that the coldness an ANBU must espouse was unsuitable for this task as Hiruzen had pointed out. They needed someone who had the Village's best interests at heart, but was skilled enough to deal with him in a gentle manner if he broke down. The Foundation had no such person.
''We could place him with Hiashi, as our only other Shinobi who could match Fugaku, and as he is a Clan Leader, it would appeal to the boys innate respect for authority.'' Koharu suggests.
''Perhaps Shikaku would be a better choice, his chronic laziness aside some of his genius may rub off on Ronin.'' Homura offered instead.
''No, I will take him, not into my Foundation, but Clan Shimura.'' Danzo decides.
''Danzo, are you sure? With Masako dead and your own duties as a respected Council Elder, do you really wish to raise a child now?'' Koharu asks.
''That is half the reason I want this, my wife, my sons, and grandsons are all dead. The Foundation is disbanded, but they still cling to the Dogma I taught. I have no one to carry out my Clan's future, and The Uchiha Clan would've been taken over by Sasuke after Fugaku and Itachi chose Sasuke as the more worthy successor. Ronin stands to inherit nothing as he is now, similarly I have no one to pass on my own legacy or Clan Future to. If I take him in as my ward, and he proves a suitable one, I can adopt him as my son, leaving him to inherit things he'd otherwise lack.'' Danzo explains.
''Hiruzen?'' Homura asks, turning to his old comrade.
''Very well, but I'll require no less than five Jōnin to check up upon the boy sporadically or as required. This must also be agreed upon by the Clan's and the Feudal Lord.'' Hiruzen says in agreement.

Ronin sat within Classroom 6 of the Konohagakure Academy, he'd been asked to stay behind as The Council of Elders wished to speak to him apparently. He honestly didn't care for it all that much, as he had little reason to.
"Ronin Uchiha, I am Danzo Shimura, and I am in essence now your father." An elderly man with bandages.
"Says who?" Ronin says activating his Sharingan in challenge.
"Says me, I'm entrusting you and your education to Danzo Ronin, he fought beside your great-grandfather and I in the First Great Ninja War." Says the Wizened old voice of the Lord Third Hokage, yet the man is nowhere to be seen.
"I hate it when he does that." Says Danzo.
"I'm hating that myself." Ronin states turning his head to the side, while quickly looking the old man in his eye. "I Won't go against my Uchiha Heritage, but I will abide by the Hokage's decision." He decides, before quickly leaving.
