The Brother's Hatake

Vaieryn Hatake was roughly seven years old right now, had he survived in his previous life he'd be thirty three right about now. Kinda pathetic, but fates a bitch, and realities worse.

Vaieryn was one year older than Kakashi, physically they were identical, but The brothers differed extremely in personality, Kakashi was the Lone Wolf and had the personality to match it. But Vaieryn who was more diverse in his companions, purposefully didn't get along with Anko Mitarashi, because Hiruzen Sarutobi would - being the wise and kind old bastard he was try and place them together to mellow them out. But Vaieryn had an attraction to Anko, he wanted her in his Harem.

Presently Vaieryn was in the Training Yard of the Hatake Clan's Estate executing sequences in the Hatake Clan Sword Style. Vaieryn in addition to the Earth and Fire-Style Chakra Needed to mold Lava-Style, had an Affinity for Lightning-Style much like Kakashi. Right now, he was experimenting in Combining the Hatake Sword Arts with Fire and Lightning Chakra.

The Hatake Clan's White Light Chakra Saber wasn't especially suited to Fire-Style Chakra as much as it was with Lightning-Style. Something like the Kusanagi Blade would be perfect for him, because Something like that could be modified easily to have a coating of Toad Oil that absorbed Natural Energy passively.

"Big Brother? Remember today's your graduation Exam." Says Kakashi.

"I know little brother, I just have a few more sequences to execute before I'm able to depart." Says Vaieryn as he executes three more sequences before sheathing his Family Chakra Saber. "Kashi, come here a minute." Vaieryn says motioning Kakashi over, and as he does so, Vaieryn Pokes Kakashi's forehead. "Not fast enough little brother." Says Vaieryn as he leaves the Estate.

Vaieryn sat in his usual spot in the graduating classroom of Konoha's Shinobi Academy, which was in the middle area, it was neither too close to the front nor to far back. Both area's were area's of focus from the teacher. The usual suspects who were constantly needing attention either because they were problem children like Naruto and Kiba, or smart people like Sakura and Ino.

The people in the back were typically Tsume Inuzuka, Anko Mitarashi, and Ibiki Morino. The people in the front were typically Rin Nohara, Kurenai Yuhi, and Asuma Sarutobi, while in the Middle with Vaieryn sat Masako and Tobuto Hyūga, Might Guy, and Obito Uchiha.

Unlike Kakashi, Vaieryn didn't wear a mask and preferred to have a Toothpick in his mouth rather than covering his face with a Mask like his little brother.

Vaieryn was awaiting his teacher for the graduation Clone Test, but Vaieryn had a little surprise for his teacher, since Tobirama Senju's Shadow Clone Jutsu was still essentially taboo, he'd come up with a Jutsu derived from the standard Clone Technique, it cost a lot of Chakra since unlike the Shadow Clone Jutsu it didn't distribute the required Chakra equally. If nothing else, that plus his extra shine involved would alert Orochimaru to his Talents.

The teacher, one Jōnin known as Inoichi Yamanaka walked into the room and called up each student one at a time.

''Anko Mitarashi.'' Says Inoichi and when Anko performed the Clone Technique Vaieryn burst out laughing.

''I don't know how but your Clone is better looking than you are. '' Vaieryn says causing several classmates to snicker.

''Let's see you do it then!'' Anko fires back.

''Gladly Princess of Dango.'' Vaieryn retorts leaping over the desks to land beside the Teacher and Anko. ''Just stand back, made this one myself. Multi Clone Technique!'' Says Vaieryn as two Clones appear and while looking at the teacher and Anko, collapse into Vulcanized Rubber and Acidic Mud.

Dramatically falling to his knees, Vaieryn has trouble resisting the smirk demanding to be released onto his face.

''That's Lava-Style! And two different forms no less!'' Inoichi says, clearly struggling not to stutter when he says it.

''Yea, but that plus the unequal Distribution of Chakra takes a lot out of me, it'd be much easier if I could use a Clone Technique that distributed it equally, but I know of no such technique.'' Vaieryn replies turning to face Anko with a smirk. ''How's that Princess?'' Vaieryn says letting his smirk break free.

(Hiruzen Sarutobi POV)

Hiruzen didn't know how to react when Inoichi told him that after the expected exchange of Words between Vaieryn and Anko, Vaieryn not only showed that he could perform the Standard Clone Technique, but did so with multiple Clones. But that surprise paled in comparison to The Revelation that both Clones were Lava-Style Clones, and two different Variations of the Standard Lava-Style to boot.

Originally Hiruzen was planning to Place Vaieryn with Minato alongside Obito Uchiha and Rin Nohara, but this development changed things. Both Vaieryn and his Younger Brother Kakashi had been scouted for the ANBU Black Ops at a Young Age, but only Vaieryn had ever expressed any real interest. Now though with Kakashi failing to mix with his most recent teammates, perhaps adding Kakashi in place of Vaieryn would allow Hiruzen to add Vaieryn into a Squad whose Teacher is possibly the only man in Konohagakure able to train him in his Kekkei Genkai.

But that Teacher was supposed to be Anko's, but then again, perhaps putting the two together would mellow them out. With a sigh he looks up at the ANBU stationed above in the shadows.

''Summon Orochimaru, I wish to revise his team selection.'' Says Hiruzen with a smaller Sigh, hoping that he won't live to regret this decision.
