"YOU BASTARD, YOU CAN'T ESCAPE" roared Arlong as he dashed backward and released a bullet of water towards him.

To Caesar this attack was so slow he yawned for a second before he sidestepped, then he used his Gravity Fruit to suppress Arlong and sliced his sword cutting his head off in an instant leaving all the remaining fishmen terrified as they jumped into the ocean trying to run away.

"What are these people, absolute monsters," said Nami as she gulped and saw the thing that terrified her and her village for so long was defeated just like that.

Robin on the side had found the Marine Captain Nezumi who was watching the battle from a distance.

"W-wait, I'll just go away, I won't tell anyone about this, great pirate -sama , please spare my life" he said as he struggled in Robin's hands with tears in his eyes as he looked at this man in front of him.

Of course being a marine he recognized him, just recently his posters were spread everywhere in Paradise and also in East Blue and all marines in the area were informed about him and instructed to not fight him as he was too strong and only Vice Admirals had a chance against him.

The Marines couldn't send Vice Admirals chasing after one guy so they simply decided to wait till he gets back in Paradise or the New World, that is unless if he decides to stay there which they doubted would happen considering he was going after the poneglyphs.

"Oh no, you would do the opposite, you would tell everything I did and hype it up even more" said Caesar threateningly.

"Yes sir, I will do exactly as you say" said Nezumi was he whimpered as Robin dropped him as he ran away.

It was night time and the villages were celebrating their victory as they were finally free.

"Well then Nami, ready to join the Stoneheart Pirates?" said Caesar as he ate around a bonfire.

"Yes, I am ready to join" said Nami even more determined after today.

Nojiko was sitting on the other side as she looked on enviously at her sister, she gulped as she saw Caesar who was a tall handsome man and the effect of the Seduction Ability was in full force against someone who was also very weak.

"Fufu, you're looking quite intensely at the Captain aren't you?" said Robin as she teased Nojiko who was snapped out of her stupor as she was caught.

"N-n-no, I w-wast just curious , you don't have a cook right? I can cook for you if you let me join" she said in a small voice with her head low as she poker her index fingers together.

"We could certainly use some good food can't we captain" laughed Robin.

"I guess we can" laughed Caesar as he looked at the nervous Nojiko.

"Eh! Really? I can come too?" she said as she cheered up and was shocked.

"Good for you sister, just don't get in my way" smirked Nami.

"Like I would, I would surpass you in no time" huffed Nojiko as the two sisters bantered with each other.

The next day they left Coconomi Islands and navigated towards Loguetown , their final destination in East Blue.

He had given the Bomb Bomb Fruit to Nojiko and was training all three of them in Armament Haki and Observation Haki.

He could use the system to give them these two abilities but it was up to them to improve and grow it as right now they could only barely use it.

"Caesar, do I not get a devil fruit?" asked Nami as she pouted as her sister received a devil fruit and she didn't.

"Now now, don't be so sad , I have something really good in mind for you" laughed Caesar as he cheered her up.

He planned to take down Enel and give her the Lightning Fruit.

While it was certainly tempting to keep it for himself he already had a very powerful devil fruit along with his sword skill that was the Legend Stage.

He needed to have strong commanders to become an Emperor so it was important for his crew members to become terrifyingly strong.

Also, he had his eye on the Quake Fruit and the Darkness Fruit, while he couldn't just go get it right now as both the user's who had these right now were far stronger than him, he knew he would get a chance in the future where both of them would be at the same place at the same time where he could steal it in one fell swoop.

"R-Really? Then I will wait and train my haki" said Nami as she joined her hands and got back to training.

They had leveled up to Level 13 while Robin had leveled up to Level 21, reaching the realm of low warlords and rear admirals.

When it came to training she was surprisingly talented as he imagined the possibilities of her devil fruit.

"Well captain, what do you think?"she said as several arms covered in Armament Haki came out of the deck.

"That is impressive Robin" said Caesar as he praised her.

"Fufu, thank you" said Robin.

After a few more days they had finally reached Loguetown.

"Nami and Nojiko, go in and take out two pirates , Buggy the Clown and Alvida and steal their devil fruits" said Caesar as they got off their ship.

"Alright." said Nami

"Leave it to me" said Nojiko as they were both fired off and ready to finally utilize their training.

"Robin, come with me," said Caesar as they walked towards the Sword Shop.

Everyone around them got out of their way as they were terrified.

One of the guys in the area was looking at the wanted posters and then looked up to see Caesar and Robin.

"I-i-is that them?" he asked with his hands and voice shaking.

"I-it Is them, get out of their way, don't mess with them, even Captain Smoker is ordered to stay out of their way." said another guy warning him to not look at them.

"Stoneheart D. Caesar : 700 Million Beli and Nico Robin : 90 Million Beli" said a girl as she looked at them and gulped in fear.

"That's an absolute monster that East Blue cannot handle" said an old man as he sighed.

The two ignored everyone as they walked into the sword shop.
