7 Hollo Promise, A Promise That Would Bind Lia

"Can I kill you?"  Prince Aerus' last words seemed to have killed Lia, killing her courage and also her hope for life.

 Lia became more and more trembling.  Now she regretted not holding the phone and iron in her hands firmly.  When Prince Aerus dragged her with his telekinesis power, Lia let go of the two objects in shock.  If only there was an iron in her hand, then she would be able to hit Prince Aerus' head with that, and then she could run away.  Or Lia could use her cell phone to make a call to anyone asking for help.

 Now she was alone in her flat, a slum flat that was deserted because it was too unfit to live in.  If only Lia screamed for help, not necessarily someone would hear her screams.

 Once again Lia pleaded, at this time weaker than before.  "I don't know who you are, and what you want from me.  I've heard all your conversations with that man, but I don't understand anything at all."  Lia swallowed hard.

 "I'm just an ordinary girl. I am also poor and have no parents.  My face isn't pretty either, and my body isn't sexy either.  So if you kill me then it will only end in vain because I am a useless human.  But even so, I still want to live, I want to feel happy and live longer.  So, please…. please don't kill me."

 Even though she was reluctant and felt intimidated, Lia still looked at Prince Aerus' eyes.  Inside, she could still see the fiery red tinge in his irises.  If only Prince Aerus wasn't that bad, then Lia would surely fall in love with him, for his great looks.  However, Prince Aerus squandered his opportunity to conquer his mate.

 Prince Aerus snorted.  When he saw Lia's golden hair which was dirty from black hair dye, he felt even more annoyed.  A human who was of a much lower race than him bravely wanted to cover up the fact that she had found a mate already, moreover, Lia's mate was Prince Aerus.

 All the women in Hexa even scramble to try their luck so they could awaken the Mirah energy of Prince Aerus, besides the hope that they could have a mate with the prince.

 All the women in Hexa, on the largest planet located in the largest galaxy in the entire universe. That meant the size of the earth was nothing when compared to Hexa.  And that meant the number of women in Hexa was extra and more than the number of women on earth.

 They fought over Prince Aerus, even they could do reckless and very perverted things to please Prince Aerus.  But what did Lia do?  This was a great insult.  That was why Prince Aerus could be so angry more than ever.

 "I have the best decision then. Because you are a useless human that I must kill you. Since you are a useless human, therefore my life can also become useless."  Prince Aerus was now aiming for Lia's neck again, he wanted to strangle her. "You know that my destiny is now ruined because of you!  It's better if you just die because after all that I got from you was a weak child in the future."

 Lia choked. She had been listening to Hamdi and Prince Aerus' conversation, but because of the strangulation around her neck, Lia couldn't understand the whole thing. And now she's starting to understand something, that Prince Aerus wanted a child from her!

 Lia immediately gave a solution, "N – no!  I can't give you a child!  I… I'm not that kind of girl.  Forgive me. I really can't.  But….  but…" Lia hastily corrected her words when she saw Prince Aerus' eyes turning red again.  "But I can help you.  I… I will find a woman who can give you a child.  I promise I will meet you with her.  And I'm sure she's better than me.  She must be prettier and more everything than me.  So I beg you!"

 Lia's chest had been deflated.  Her golden hair scattered and some of it slipped into her mouth as she spoke. She almost choked but she held it in.

 Prince Aerus sounded a little interested in Lia's words, even though in reality he already knew something was bound to happen.  That was, an Elfagos could only have children from his mate.  But somehow Prince Aaerus wanted to try it, as long as he could escape the fate that bound him with Lia.

 Hamdi watched behind Prince Aerus' body anxiously.  He began to feel sure that Prince Aerus would be tempted by Lia's offer.  He wanted to make Prince Aerus aware that it would be a wasted decision.  Rather than that, it's better for Prince Aerus to just focus on Lia so he could have children soon.

 Prince Aerus now lowered his anger, as the red flame dimmed in his irises.  "If you can guarantee that another woman can give me a child, then I will let you go.  But if you fail then I will still kill you! I don't like humans, but I hate you more!"

 Lia was getting more and more shaken.  But even so, she still agreed, because she didn't hear the conversation about Elfagos being only able to have children from his mate.  So Lia said, "Okay, I will find you a woman who can give you a child. There are lots of women here, and they can give you children."  What Lia meant as surrogate mothers.  Several women work as surrogate mothers in Lia's town, and to be honest, Lia had met some of them.

 "Now let me go!  I beg!"  Lia pleaded again, in the middle of her body that couldn't move because of the telekinetic energy that locked her.  And to be honest, Prince Aerus' telekinetic energy now seemed to be twisting her tightly, Lia knew it was purposeful.

 Hamdi started to come forward to give a warning to Lia and Prince Aerus.  But before that happened Prince Aerus said, "Then you must do the Hollo Promise with me."

 Hamdi could not hold his patient   He shouted, feeling very presumptuous but this was all he could do to stop Prince Aerus' outrageous actions.  "Prince!  What are you trying to do?  An Elfagos can only have children from his mate.  After all, your Mirah energy can only be turned on by her.  Besides, is Hollo's Promise not outrageous?  Do you want to kill her? She is your mate!"

 Prince Aerus turned his head slowly to Hamdi, who was currently standing right beside him.  His hand was still pinching Lia's chin, and now he said, "You know, Hamdi, that my condition is special.  Only my mate can activate Mirah energy in my body, have you ever encountered such conditions in other Elfagos?  Maybe you've heard of it but it all happened millions of years ago.

 "As our mixed-race, Elfagos can now only have one mate, but what if it turns out that I inherit the genes of our ancestors, the Elfora?  They can have four mates in their life, right?  And who knows me too?

 "I can't waste the chance, Hamdi.  I have to try a few things.  And Hollo Promise isn't outrageous either.  I think it would be well worth it.  If this girl can't fulfill her promise then she will die.  It is commensurate with the trust I have given in her."

 Prince Aerus now glanced at Lia again.  In his eyes, he already wanted to crush Lia to the smallest pieces.
