This the story of a bioengineer that created a virus that reduced Earth's population by over half and was sentenced to death. His journey did not end with death a deity decided to punish him further by him having reincarnated into the one anime he hated most, Highschool DxD. His punishment didn't end there he was also reincarnated into a girl along with a system that prevented him from drastically altering the original story like killing Issei.
