At the Rhodes Hotel

In a presidential suite

Secretary Kim was waiting for his master to get ready for the party. When the man came from his walk-in closet with his assistant who guides for his dress everywhere. His were full of amazement. Though he was working for this man from his childhood and had seen him in this business attire every time. Every time he saw his master in the attire he can' t help himself getting goosebumps in astonishment.

The master was wearing a shirt with a black tuxedo. His jet black hair was elegantly brushed one side with Bulgari watch in his left hand.

This master who was fixing his business suit was feeling the gaze coming out from his secretary. He cleared his throat and said

"Have you finished ?"

Secretary Kim who was still gawking at him suddenly woke up after getting caught replied awkwardly got

"Yes, sir ."

Anna went to his father's company she parked the car in the parking lot and went straight to the CEO 's personal elevator. The lift opened with a 'ding' sound. She went to the office and knocked on the door. "Come in" a voice came from inside.

Elsa opened the door and went inside the office.

Inside the room, his father and two men were sitting on the sofa having some chat. Observing the people Elsa quickly want to step out thinking that they were discussing some important things.

Elsa " I think I should come back later".

While three of them were still gawking at her.

The man who was sitting beside Mr Rhodes was feeling his heartbeat increased. His ears were getting hotter he could feel his mouth dry.

And Elsa spoke the three of them suddenly woke up. Mr Rhodes stood up from him and welcomed her.

Mr.Rhodes said "No child it's okay we weren't discussing something important. You can join us. " Hearing this Elsa found her seat and sat.

Mr Rhodes said " Let me introduce him. He is the CEO of Li Corporation Li Qiang. "

And Mr Li this is my daughter, Elsa"

Li Qiang quickly snapped out of the gawking and said " Hello Miss Elsa "and extended his hand for a shake.

Elsa quickly shook his hand and said " Hello Mr Li It 's nice to meet you. "

Li Qiang was still holding her he felt her hand like he was holding a small child 's hand. Her palm was spreading warmth in his whole body from his hand. Elsa quickly took her hand back as it would make the situation awkward.

As Elsa took back her hand he felt slightly disappointed but he shook off the feeling and felt happy that he met her. His eyes were glittering.

Mr Rhodes who saw the situation felt like he was in heaven. He could sense that Mr Li was feeling something in his heart for her daughter. But he doesn't want to rush things.

Elsa who didn't know what they were thinking. She added "father it's almost time for the party we should go to. It will take some time to reach there also."

"Yes my child", Mr Rhodes happily said

And accompanied Elsa and Mr Li who was walking beside Mr Rhodes.

The party was in the banquet of the one of the five-star hotel owned by Rhodes Corporation.

Secretary Kim opened the door for Li Qiang and he sat in the front beside the driver. While the daughter and father duo sat in their car and moved to their destination.

In the father-daughter duo car

Elsa "Father Mr.Li is here for "?

Mr Rhodes" Elsa they are our new business partner. We recently signed our contract." he felt that she was quite interested in him.

Elsa" He was looking quite sad when I quickly took my hand back. Have I did something wrong ? " she was only thinking about what she did completely ignoring the feeling Li Qiang felt from her touch.

While Mr Rhodes started laughing and replied: "My innocent child you will get know soon."

Hearing his reply she didn't understand a single word from his dad.

On the way, the car was in complete silence. Elsa didn't ask any further questions. She knew that when the time will come she will know the reason. So she kicked off the thought and started watching the outside view.

While in the Li Qiang car

Secretary Kim was watching Li Qiang from the rearview mirror. He was thinking about something and smiling brightly. Secretary Kim who hasn't seen him once smiling was about to fall from his seat. He was working with him since he was 15 years old. Since then he hasn't seen him smiling even on his birthday or when they signed the most important business till now.

He couldn't control his curiosity finally broke the silence in the car

"Something happened sir?" asked him in his low voice.

When he heard his voice it was like someone broke the mirror. He broke the happiness he was feeling remembering the moment. Suddenly he stopped smiling and glared at him.

Watching him glaring at him he understood he shouldn't have spoken.

And didn't say anything on the way leaving his boss completely alone in this thought.

While Secretary Kim was thinking about what made his cold boss smile. He started remembering today's activities and stopped at his counting. He stopped at his memories of their meeting with Mr Rhodes.

He thought did something in the meeting that affected him or ..... something else may some girl or-or 'Miss Elsa'. His eyes popped thinking that maybe he is attracted to Miss Elsa. Indeed she was looking very beautiful in her dress. But then he remembered something no matter how many beautiful girls trying to seduce him in his past he rejected them all without even batting an eye

Soon they reached their destination.

The trio was welcomed by the staff. The manager greeted them. Soon the trio took the elevator and went to the top floor where the party was held.

They entered the hall. Everyone welcomed Mr.Rhodes like always and suddenly their breath was stuck in their lungs as they saw who was coming behind him.

Li Qiang and Elsa were coming in from the door. They felt like both God and Goddess cam from heaven to show them this scene. All the men were bewildered from the beauty and girls were feeling like their eyes were blessed to this man.

As they walk through the long room Li Qiang suddenly felt something warm grabbed his hand. His eyes went down. Seeing what was holding his hand he couldn't let himself escape a small smile. He saw Elsa was holding his hand and she was shivering because for nervousness. He let her hold his hand and continued walking.

Watching this scene everyone eyes popped out from their eyes watching them showing they're an affectation. Everyone thought they are just a newly wedded couple showing off their affection. But in the reality know one except Li Qiang knows the truth. Everyone was feeling jealous of them. They continued walking in the front and finally reached in front of the stage.

In the stage, a man came in front of the podium and started addressing the guest and stated a lively chat with all. While below the stage Li Qiang was brewing with happiness feeling her girl holding his.

He thought he should probably initiate a chat. He said in his low voice

He said "Miss Elsa" close to her neck. Hearing his voice close to her neck and feeling his warm breath near her neck. She felt a chill running through her body.

"Y-Yes Mr.Li" she replied stuttering.

"Miss Elsa is this your first time coming to a party like this. She froze hearing his question." She thought how did he know. Did he investigate me or something else? As she racked her brain for the perfect reply she started shaking again from his question. Watching her shaking Li Qiang got his answer. But he thought why was it her first time as it was normal for an heir to attends such parties from early life. But why not her. As he was thinking this he patiently waited for her reply and started gazing her. Elsa finally got her answer and confidently said

"No Mr.Li it's not"

As he heard her reply he escaped chucked sound from his mouth. Seeing his response she said enthusiastically "Is something wrong Mr.Li"

Li Qiang who detected her lie hearing her question he decided to reveal what she was doing to him.

"Yes, Miss Elsa may I then know the reason to hold my hands."

Elsa quickly saw towards her hands. Indeed she was holding his hand. She felt embarrassed and her face went red because of her action. And she was freeing her hand from Li Qiang firmly hold her hand and not even left a space to free her. Li Qiang said "It's okay Miss Elsa if this is your first time it' the only natural to be nervous. I was also nervous when it was my first time."

Elsa thought why he was doing this. Don't he fear of creating misunderstanding to other people and created rumours? But Elsa felt safe and calm as he was holding her hands. She let him continued holding his hand for the whole party.
