16 The Dragon World

After flying for a while. They arrived at a still open World portal. There is somebody waiting for them at the portal. Somebody needed to be stationed near it so that it will not close.

They landed near the portal.

"Let's go."

The butler dragon said to the waiting person.

That person looks like a simple man. Wearing simple clothes standing near the portal.

It doesn't look like a servant because dragons are proud creatures. But the reason there is a butler right now is most likely because the dragons are weird with these things. This is more like a roleplay to them.

And they entered the portal and vanished into it.

Upon arriving at space. Just like what it is. They are only spirits right now. This form of travel is actually the best thing everyone would want. They basically can move at the speed of light and they would not be physically affected whatever happens. And so they could not fight in space. They must first land into a planet to escape the portal's effect and do that.

"Our planet is into the distant star system. Just ride my back and we will soon be there."

At the speed of light, they transverse through planets.

There are millions of planets. But only nearly 1% of them are inhabited. The reason for this is most planets are resource planets. Or decorations to fill up the void of space. As they got near to that distant star system.

They enter the dragon world's atmosphere.

"We're here."

And as they get away from the portal it started to close.

They got access to that portal through their portals in their cities. While the other worlds have portals per nation. As they are composed only of one nation. It is then divided into these so-called cities. Which sizes are nearly that of a country. It is normal given the dragon's original sizes. While they can morph as humans. They still want big spaces away from each other.

There are forests everywhere. He hasn't even visited the neighboring countries in their world. But he never visited a world other than the resources worlds.

He hasn't visited other nations because he still doesn't need to. But he's invited by a dragon to their world so he just comes along. Sometimes visiting other nations are problematic especially in other worlds. The natives might consider you as an enemy. And if you bear hostility on them. You may be marked as an enemy. Making you not safe whenever you visited that world. Some nations are strict with foreigners. But there are only a few nations that are like that. Especially the neighboring nation of Treolor. The Floivania. This country is so strict that they don't welcome people from anywhere from their nation. And with this strictness this country has engaged the war with treolor in the past. With the previous chosen–which is earl–on the treolor's side. They won an easy battle. Which dealt great damage to Floivania. Making them enemies now. But not engaging in war anymore. As the claimed chosen–Satoshi– is mysteriously born there too.

"Welcome to Elegan, master. This is our beloved city."

"But why are there few houses. And they are far away from each other."

"That's just really it. Dragons are territorial."

"And.. Where is this place your master is in?"

"Don't worry. It's just a few distances from here."

As he looked at his left. The person that standing before at the portal is now in dragon and following them silently.

Dragons are 15 meters high when they stand on 2 feet. And 4 meters when walking on 4s. That's why he thought that Oddessy might be able to crush them on a head-on battle.

Especially that Oddessy is a monster. He thought about different types of monsters. There is an Alpha monster. This is the Alphas that look like humans. They are humanoid to be exact. They wield great powers with monsters. Able to dominate monsters to their own will. And also they have great minds. Being able to conquer places with good use of the monsters at their arsenal. They are able to summon monsters from the never-ending spawning of them. They specifically living in the monster world. But when released to the worlds. They are gonna be a huge problem. Aside from controlling monsters. They can also use the powers of monsters. They look like humans in appearance and can also live with humans without them noticing. They are deadly with the use of the power of other monsters being able to get the strength of a bear monster, speed of a wolf monster, and endurance of turtle monster and also abling them to transform a certain part of their body to part of what monster they want.

And after thinking about this. His thoughts got back to the dragon world. This world is clean. There is no mess. Pure world. He saw forests everywhere. There are houses like those of nobilities. He laughs at dragons for roleplaying this kind of lifestyle. For what he knows. Dragons love the culture of humans so they kind of copied it. And they are actually comfortable with this lifestyle. Dragons often visit different worlds to have fun. They are scary when you see them in their real form. But they are quite normal looking when they morph. So everyone can accept dragons as long as they don't transform.

"We're here."

As the butler dragon stopped slowly going down on a certain mansion.

They entered the room and.

"We're here, Master."

As he bowed down.

As his master looked at his handsome face. He signaled to move ahead.
