7 Events In the Academy

"Satoshi, Genji. please go over there."

in unison.

"Yes."

When they walked away.

"Teacher? Where are they going?"

"They can't duel here. So I had them go away from the rest of you."

"Because they are both powerful?"

"Yeah."

"I guess they are both good magicians."

"No."

"Huh?"

"They are not both magicians."

"What do you mean teacher?"

"Watch them if you want. I will give you permission."

"Really."

"Umu"

"Guys!!"

"Let's watch Satoshi and Genji!!"

"Eh? the teacher let us?"

"Yeah."

"Ok let's go!"

After walking. They then moved 10 meters apart from each other. Satoshi took the katana from his magic item.

"Here."

"What are we gonna do?"

"We're gonna show off."

"Sure."

"Let's go."

After taking their stances. Everybody shouted in confusion.

"He's a samurai!!!!???"

Teacher Adler then smiled and nod a few times.

"This is why I want you to watch. They will show us a good battle I know."

Everybody is shocked except Aoi who already knew about it.

At the speed as fast as lightning he launched to Satoshi. Striking him horizontally.

"Too bad."

"Clone?"

"Hehe."

[Elemental Orbs]

Then orbs of various elements fly towards him. Exploding on impact.

[Greater Acceleration]

His movement speed then good faster a lot.

Lunging and chasing Satoshi who constantly used teleportation while kiting(attacking while moving) him.

"Let's go!"

[Shockwave]

Genji then got blown away.

[Total Bind]!

Total is just a spell amplifier, enhancing spells to full potential equivalent to 100% stronger, while Greater makes it 50% stronger. With Total. Bind can immobilize everyone. Despite their power.

Total and Greater is not the only amplifiers. There's a lot of them. (AN: sometimes it's supposed to be total or Greater. But it doesn't look good so I sometimes change it. But same effects.)

The duration of binds lasts for 5 seconds at maximum and can be constantly used after the previous one ended. But I can be dodged as it has a 1-second delay before being binded.

[Massive Explosion]!

The side of the [Bind] cast area then had a massive explosion.

But.

As Genji suddenly appeared beside him.

"Futile effort."

He cut him down.

"Another clone?"

"I'm far better than you, Genji!"

Genji looked up. He can't move.

Satoshi appeared at the blue sky. Which appeared he's falling, Right hand high in the air then sent it down as a signal.

[Grand Fall]!

A giant meteorite at the size of 3 houses then appeared. Falling fast.

"You! You really want to see lots of my techniques with these tricks of yours!"

"Of course!"

He then whispered to himself.

"You're clever. I'm happy to have a brother like you."

I don't feel lonely anymore. Not like before when I'm with master. Though master care for me. I'm feeling really lonely with his trainings. making me constantly go into a rampage.

"Fine then. I'm gonna turn that into dust!"

This skill requires a lot of speed to be able to be used. I can't use it at my normal speed.

[Million Blades]!!!!

In the blink of an eye. There appeared millions of afterimage of slashes. Impossible to count.

After that. the big 3 house-sized meteor.

Then it turned into dust rain.

Adler can only gasp by this spectacle.

"I'm starting to doubt they're both 9-year-old kids."

Satoshi cast it to so Genji won't be covered by dust.

Satoshi slowly descended.

After descending. They both sat on the ground.

Both exhausted.

Panting heavily.

After the dust rain. They heard everybody was cheering.

"Genji..... I want him when we became adults."

A golden-haired girl mumbled to herself at the back.

A voice then called to them.

{You two. get back here.}

{O, Ok.}

{Yes.}

"Hey, Genji, Stand up."

"Ok."

After then they both walked back to their teacher and classmates.

After they got there

"You both are amazing!"

"May we be friends, Genji?"

All of them then want to befriend the Genji. Satoshi then whispered to him.

"Told you, you have to be cool on the first day so you will get friends. Now you won't ever feel lonely again. I promise.

Genji smiled a little.

The golden-haired girl spoke. She got in front of her classmates and grasp Genji's hands.

While smiling.

"Genji, May I be your friend?"

"S, Sure."

After that, both of them are not allowed to participate in any practice and let just watch others' matches.

"Hey."

"Why?"

"Starting tomorrow I will practice with you every day."

"Ok."

"And also... You can release the curse right?"

"Yeah, but like I said I can't control it."

"Controlling it really gonna make you more powerful. Want to study controlling it?"

"Ugh!"

"Come on. It can't be forever a curse. And you're not feeling lonely any longer right?"

"But."

"I know your mentality recovered from being with me and my parents. Also you don't even feel lonely anymore right?"

"Yeah."

"You'll practice using that. And I'm willing to help you even I'm often lazy about that kind of thing."

"Ok."

They both then smiled at each other.

"Let's go back everybody we're done here."

"Let's go. The teacher is calling us all."

After going back in the classroom and while the teacher is out.

Everyone talked to them and that's where every friendship is born.

"Hi. I'm Oriana, Genji."

"Oh. That's you."

"Oh yeah."

The girl touching her golden hair while being embarrassed.

And after days became weeks.

Weeks became months.

Months became years.

And finally.

"Finally!"

"We did it Genji. I can't believe that before we gonna graduate you actually became able to fully control it. I'm happy my brother!"

"Yeah. I'm happy too."

"Well your voice is actually scary in your demon form."

They both laugh.

"It actually feels like an evil laugh because of your really deep voice. Wanna tell everyone about this?"

"Will they still accept me like this?"

"I guess they will. Ok, let's go!"

After then they teleported at the door of their classroom. Luckily no one saw them yet.

After Satoshi then opened the door they saw everyone. Celebrating to finally have jobs from certain requests or being in the army. And can even travel to other worlds when during expeditions. There are really just so many ways to enjoy life as a magician. And finally. They can experience real fights. And monster exterminations.

As somebody looked who's at the door.

He screamed.

"Demon!"

"Satoshi, At your back!"

Satoshi then quickly closed the door.

"Calm down everybody! We just want to say that. This. Is Genji's demon form. Or should I say his curse."

"It's Genji?"

"Yeah. But don't worry. After 6 years we both then able to make him use to control it to perfection..... Guys. He may be like that but he won't hurt us. Genji got into years of suffering just to be able to control his curse. So he won't hurt us I know."

Suddenly Genji spoked.

"Yeah. Don't worry."

Oriana then suddenly got near to Genji.

"You look awesome. Genji."

"Uh, I am?"

"Yes."

"Um. Ok"

He then shifted back into his human form.

Everybody can't believe what they just saw.

Satoshi then explained to everybody what this is all about. How Genji has a demonic curse. And his suffering just to be able to perfectly us it in 6 years.

"No way."

Everybody silently said in sympathy.

"Ok guys then let's just celebrate our graduation!"

Yelled by somebody behind the back.

After then they all got graduated.

It's time for the real adventure.
