4 Chapter 3 (Meeting Iris)
Of course the second day was different then the first day all the other students were nasty and rude. It took everything I had not to lose my temper but I didn't give the class mates of mine the satisfaction. Walking to my digital photography class a bigger guy passed me, he was staring at me with a grin sending shivers down my spine. Sixth periof was the same but the guy from yesterday wasn't in class today.
(Radom student)
" Hey new girl"
Turning my attention to whoever was talking to me I noticed two guys and one girl glaring at me.
(Alexandra)
"Can I help you?"
All of assuden it was as if I had flipped a switch; they went from glaring at me to being furious.
(Random students)
"Who do you think you..."
(Jax)
" Is there a reason you're being rude to her?"
Jumping they all three turned white in the face and turned around. Standing behind them was the mysterious guy from yesterday.
(Random students)
"Uh.... Wwe....uh we're going back to our seats."
As they ran back to their seats he sat behind me;
(Alexandra)
"Uh thankyou I could have handled them."
Laughing he looked up at me with dark, almost black eyes.
(Jax)
" You're a feisty one.. I like that."
(Alexandra)
" Oh yeah glad to hear that my name's Alexandra."
(Jax)
" It's a pleasure to meet you I'm Jax."
Shaking his hand I felt Sparks run up my arm and he must have too because he let go of my hand as soon as we felt it.
(Alexandra)
" Uh it's nice to meet you Jax."
Class went by very quietly, before I could say anything to Jax the bell rang he got up and left the class in a hurry. After seventh period I got stuck staying after school to get some assignments done. It was the longest three hours ever but when it ended I was happy. As I was walking to me locker I could hear a girl crying and a man talking; of course the best part about me is my curiosity so I decided to look and see what was going on. Peeking around some lockers I saw a larger muscular guy from this morning standing over a red haired girl who was crying.
(Muscular guy)
" You disobeyed me Maia so you must be punished now STAND UP!"
His deep tone gave me the same shivers from this morning. As the girl stood up the guy grabbed her by the throat and bit into her throat. Screaming the girl began thrashing in his arms. Not thinking I dropped my binder then threw my textbook hitting the guy in the back.
(Alexandra)
"DROP HER NOW!"
Letting go of the girl he turned toward me; his eyes were a dark red and Blood was running down his face.
(Maia)
"RUN!"
The girl screamed at me; doing exactly that I ran outside behind the school then behind a truck. "Where are you sweetheart? I won't hurt you come on out NOW!" At this point I began shake in fear as his footsteps got closer. Slowly I crawled underneath the truck just as his boots came into my view. Covering my mouth I watched as he walked away toward the forest. Slowly I crawled out from under the truck; I ran back inside to where the girl Maia was. Grabbing her hand we went into the spare computer room and locked the door. "Huh are you ok Maia?" Grabbing some paper towels I pressed them to her neck to try and stop the bleeding. "Huh it's going to be ok" "ggo...leave me here..save yourself before Iris comes back." With a shaky hand she tried pushing me toward the door. "I'm not leaving you here come on we can leave before he comes....." SLAM!
"Found you sweetheart you're fast but not smart obviously" screaming we got up and walked backwards away from him. "Stay back I have pepper spray and I will use it" laughing
