2 Chapter 1
Alexandra
It was a very cold afternoon there were dark grey clouds everywhere. I didn't mind it though it was my favorite kind of weather. Today was my first day at a new school; after losing my family in a house fire I decided to move to a small town to start over. So far everyone's been very nice but now I am hoping today goes good as well. After putting on my black skinny jeans and violet stretchy zip up shirt that went a little past my belly button I put on my boots and went into my bathroom.
"Ok I should probably do my make-up and do something with my hair."
My make-up was dark but simple of course; I had violet eyeshadow with black eyeliner and dark red lipstick while my hair was a long braid down to my waist. Running downstairs I grabbed my things for school , locked my door, and ran to my friend's car.

" Damn girl you look hot!"
Smiling at my best friend I smiled bigger and laughed.
"You look just as hot babe."
Kirsten was my only friend since I'd moved to town and she was the most amazing friend I had ever had. Most would think we were sisters. Pulling into the school parking lot we ran inside just as the bell rang.
(Kirsten)
"Ok hope your first day will go good love yuh."
Walking into the office I walked up to the office lady behind the counter.
"Hi I'm new here my name's Alexandra where do I get my schedule?" Looking up she smiled up at me.
(Office lady)
" Oh hello yes I will be the one to give you the schedule just a moment."
As I waited I began looking around at all the people inside the office; they all seemed very nice so far which was a relief to me.
(Office lady)
" Alright here you go my dear, here's a map of the classrooms and here is your schedule. If you ever have a question or need anything please come see me anytime.
(Alexandra)
" Thankyou so much miss?"
(Office lady)
" Oh please call me Meg and you are most welcome."
Hearing the bell ring I met up with Kirsten in the courtyard.
(Kirsten)
" Hey girl are you nervous about your first day?"
Shrugging I gave her a serious look;
"Yes and no, I know I'll be ok. I was nervous but deep down I know I'll be ok. As long as no one tried causing any problems I'll be fine."
A look of concern crossed Kirsten's face and I knew she was remembering what I had told her about my past issues at my old school.
"Don't worry I won't do anything stupid on my first day at least."
Hugging we left for our classes and for the last five periods of the day flew by. They were the normal classes of course but sixth period was my digital photography class and seventh period was my digital designs class. Walking into digital photography no one even noticed me thankfully.
(Teacher)
" You're late I hope you have a good reason as to why."
Of course my teacher on the first day was going to be pissed I was late trying to find the class.
"Sorry sir I'm new and got lost I do however have a note excusing me being late."
Handing the teacher the note I looked around the classroom; as my gaze came across the back table in the room I noticed one guy starring at me.
"Take this it will be your textbook for the year and take a seat at the second to last table in the back miss and please go over chapter 1 through 3 to get caught up."
Taking a seat in the back I began reading my textbook.
