8 Her protector

It's been a year passed since Rosa came to leave with her new family in this year Rosa had the chance to get to know what the meaning of a real family the meaning to have a mother that takes care of you and a father that protect you those are the things that she didn't know until she met David and Elena her life changed and she finally knew what is the meaning of happiness, not only that Rosa became a top student in her classes she made some friend's too.

Today is very special it's the first day in the preparatory School Rosa is very nervous it's a new stage in her life the beginning of her adolescence and that was worried her the most she was afraid that she would make a fool of herself.

Checking herself for the last time she took her bag and went to eat her breakfast

" Good morning Rosa, " her mother said as she placed the dishes on the table

" Good morning, let me help you " Rosa was about to bring go to the kitchen but her mother stopped her

" No, my dear you sit here today is your first day in the school I don't want you to dirty your clothes go sit on the table with your father " her mother pushed her towards the table

Rosa went to sit on the table beside her father kissing him on his cheek she spoke " Good morning Dad. "

" Good morning Rosa " her father replied giving her a hug

After the breakfast Rosa and her father left the house to drive her to the school her father kept telling her jokes the whole ride making her forgot about her nervousness " I will see you after school Dad " Rosa said as was about to get off the car

" wait," her father said David took out his wallet taking out some money to give it to Rosa

" Dad I have enough money with " she returned the money to him kissing him on the cheek she got off the car

David didn't leave until he saw her get inside the school, they were very lucky to have a met Rosa she is a very sweet girl well behaved and always listened to them they felt very blessed to have a girl like Rosa.

" You shouldn't be allowing any male to enter your room " Leo scolded Rosa

the young girl was sitting on the bed with her head low she didn't do anything wrong but with the tone that Leo was speaking to her with she felt like she did something

" What if he did something bad to you " he came to sit next to her this time he spoke with much calmer voice

Rosa blinked her eyes innocently not understanding what Leo meant " bad things? Leo, he was only here to take his book which I borrowed from him what bad things you are talking about " she looked at him to see him glare at her

Hearing her sweet voice no matter how bad he tried he can never be angry at her she was the Apple of his eyes

" Alright, you now I can never be mad at you " he turned around looking at her

" Thank you " she gives him a surprising kiss on his cheek startling him

" Rosa " a voice whispered in her ear but she Ignored it and pushed the covers up covering her face " Rosa wake up or I will tickle you " he threatened her and it worked

Peeking out from under the covers she pleaded him " Leo please just let sleep for a couple of hours "

Leo cleared his throat when he heard her sleeping voice God this girl will make any man fall for her Just by hearing her voice

" No, wake up are planning to spend all the summer sleeping " Leo spoke pushing the covers off her making her groan in frustration

" Fine I'm up " she got off the bed throwing a pillow in his direction which he catches it effortlessly

" You look very cute when you get angry " Leo teased her as he handed her glasses

After showering and eating her breakfast Leo and Rosa took everything they need and to the beach, they spend most of the day together

waiting for Leo Rosa was playing with the sand when she suddenly heard Leo phone tone looking at the ID of the number it was Ava Leo girlfriend

Rosa looked behind her and saw Leo was coming towards her ' Ava called you " she handed him the phone

" I will call her later " he put the phone on silent mode and put it inside his bag

" Do you love her? " Rosa suddenly asked

Leo was placing the food on the towel for them to eat he paused his actions when he heard her question

Rosa laughed and started to eat her food Leo will never stop treating her like a little girl
