8 Chap. 7 Only Mine

( Rain POV )

I let out a soft whimper as the pain from shifting slowly fades. I turn my head toward Yoru only to feel him just staring at me in shock and amazement. " Umm.. Hello earth to Yoru." I said teasingly through our mate-link. Yoru laughed softly and went to his closet coming back a moment later with a large T-shirt. I listen to him closely, already starting to feel uncomfortable in my human form. Yoru smiles softly. "Not to worry love, I'm just getting a shirt for you to wear so that it's a little less coward." He says with a light blush dusting his cheeks.

It takes me a moment to realize what he meant and I blush more then he does, my face turning a bright red going up to my ear tips. "Oh ok." I mutter through the link and let him put the shirt over my head. He also helped me move my arms and get them through the arm holes in the shirt. Once he is done he gently holds my face in his hands and looks me in the eye. "Your the most beautiful creature I've ever seen." He says and places a kiss on my forehead. I purr softly but soon start to fidget, not use to being out of my wolf form for this long.

"Yoru... I'm sorry." I murmur as I shift back into my wolf form with easy. "It's ok Rain." Yoru says with a soft smile. "I shouldn't have pushed you." I wag my tail softly and nudge his hand. "It's ok mate." I tell him then jump down off the bed the shirt hanging off my wolf form and dragging the ground. Yoru laughed and opened the door following me as a made my way to the kitchen where Sabastian, Rōzu and a few other pack members where. I paid them no mind as I nosed my way, with Rōzu's help, to the fridge.

I was sniffing the different contents to see what I wanted when a new sent entered the house. At first I paid her no mind until a bitchy voice called for Yoru. I turned my attention to the voice and listened as she walked into the kitchen an flung herself against Yoru. I could hear his body stiffen up and the sent of anger came of him in waves. I growled at the she wolf viciously as I punched my way between her and my mate.

With him behind me, I advanced on her. My fur was standing on end and I held me tail high and my ears stood straight up, my body screaming dominance. The she wolf stood her ground and growled back at me. "And just who do you think you are getting between me and my mate and growling at your Luna?!" She asked with a snarl only fouling my anger. I lunged at her pinning her to the ground, her throat in my jaws. Rōzu jumped in and layed across her to keep her from thrashing. I continued to growl and started to put more pressure into the bite to her throat.

"Rain." Yoru said coming to stand next to me. "MINE." I rawr through any and every mind I could since in the territory. Yoru bent down and touched my head lovingly. "I am yours Rain, let her go love she can't breathe." He says and slowly raps his arms around my neck pulling me off of the, now unconscious, she wolf. I wiggle out of Yoru's arms, turn around, and follow my sent trail back to the bed room, going to my nest of clothes I had made a few week ago in the closet. I sigh and curl up in a ball, wanting to be left alone.

( Sabastian POV )

I had watched in astonishment as Rain had attacked Hailey a.k.a. the pack slut. I thought she was dead for sure when he began biting her throat slowly tightening his grip. Our heads still hurt from Rain's loud, mind linked, claim on Yoru. Even now with Rain out of the room Yoru had a smug smirk on his face. "So..." I say finally breaking the silence. "What do you want done with her?" I ask waving my hand towards the still unconscious Hailey. "Put her the cells. Stage one." Yoru says dismissively as he gets a few things out of the fridge, making he and Rain something to eat.

I mind link the guards to come get the girl and gave them their instructions upon their arrival. Once I was done there was a chorus of "Yes Beta.", before they took the girl to her cell. "Yoru..." I begin to say when he interrupts me. "Don't worry Sabastian, he's ok. He is most likely up in his nest." He tells me. "That's good but why was he wearing a T-shirt?" I ask. A few of the other pack members turn their attention to Yoru. A huge smile worked its way onto his face and in a proud and smug tone all he said was "He changed." With that he leaves the kitchen with Rōzu behind him, going up to their room, food in hand.

Once he was gone everyone started talking all at once. Among all the chatter where a few questions that made everyone wonder. What did Rain really look like and would he change again? I decided to put a voice to answer everyone's questions. "Listen everyone," I tell them, "I know you all want to see what Rain's human side looks like but it will take some time for him to show us all his human side." The others nod in agreement before leaving the kitchen to do their chores and other pack duties. I head up the stairs to the alpha suite. Walking in I see the closet door open a tad and plate of food in front of the door. I turn my attention to Yoru. "Sup alpha." I ask him. "Rain isn't coming out anytime soon." He said said with a shrug.

I leaned over to to see what Yoru was working on when a loud growl came from the closet. We both turn around to see Rain stalking towards us growling. His gaze on me as I slowly back away from Yoru. Rain stops in front of him and sits down making sure to keep himself between the two of us. He turn his wolf head to me and growl. "Yoru is mine and only Mine." He says with a growl and snap of his teeth. "Only yours." I tell him reassuringly as I go to leave the room with a nod from Yoru. I chuckle to myself as I make my way back downstairs. 'We are gonna have one tough Luna when Rain becomes more comfortable with the pack.'
