87 A Caged Bird

There was once a young woman who had idolized a certain military figure. At first it was nothing more than a schoolgirl crush until she learned that her hero was actually her uncle.

Proud of this relation the woman decided to follow in his footsteps and she tried to join the army.

The army would not have her. Saying she was too small and too weak to even be a common foot soldier.

The woman was rather small, but that did not mean she did not have a fighting spirit. Even though she was turned away from the military she decided to train on her own.

Her actual parents were just normal farmers so they were not wealthy, meaning the girl had no access to weaponry or a teacher. This did not stop her and the young woman began training with the only thing she could find, an old wooden cartwheel.
