"What?" Mimi and Lyric said together.

     "I took the when you threw it away,it looked pretty and I wanted to play with it I thought you didn't like it" Serayah said looking down at her shoes and having a feeling that she did something wrong.

      "Wait what card again?" Mimi asked.

     "Xavier's card, he gave it to aunty when we went to the park and met him and I thought she didn't need need it, so I picked, I'm sorry" Serayah answered.

     "Would you like to explain better who is Xavier?" She asked Lyric after pulling her to the kitchen away from her daughter.

     "Well, it's this crazy guy that wants to pay me to have an arranged marriage with him. But I don't want to that's why I threw the card he gave me away" Lyric answered.

     "Well, if  that is the case then we are lucky Serayah picked it. It means you can call him and accept the deal". Mimi said going into the fridge and taking out a bag of chips.

     " I can't do that, it is not just me, I want my wedding to be real and with the one I love, not some overzealous, crazy stranger, so just forget it" She said already dismissing the thought of it from her mind.

    "But you would do it for Sing wouldn't you?" Mimi said looking at her eye to eye.

    "Yeah, I have to" she said bursting into  tears  again.

     Mimi went to her side and hugged her.

   "It's going to be OK, Sing will be fine" . Mimi said hugging her and patting her back.

    "Serry baby, can you get the card for mummy" Mimi asked her daughter after getting to the living room.

   "OK mummy" Serayah replied, running to her room to get it.

     After handing it to her mum, Serayah went back to her colouring.

     Mimi nodded to Lyric and whispered 'do it'.

       She collected the card and picked her phone from her bag then dialed the number and said.

     "I'll do it".
