11 Chapter 11: Enchanted, Enchanting

“Your father would have been proud. I have faith that you will run this company from success to success,” Keegan said, as he patted Ryan on the back.

“Thank you, sir. I relish in your trust in my capabilities,” Ryan replied, “You are like a second father to me, and I will still count on your help in building Nash Global.”

Ryan could see Lia standing in the corner of the room. He was trying to concentrate on chatting with all of his business associates around him, but he was preoccupied by the sight of Lia.

She was beautiful, he thought. He laughed as he noticed how she kept mumbling to herself. She was free spirited and a bit goofy, yet these were some of the characteristics that he found endearing about her.

Tim made his way towards him, just as he noticed Kelly and a group of other ladies making their way to Lia.
