12 – Move with me

Cody watched as Olivia sat across from him, her dark hair pulled back in a low ponytail. Her dark eyes were darting around the room, avoiding his gaze. He could feel his hands starting to clench into fists, his muscles tensing with the urge to reach out and explain himself to her.

Cody takes a deep breath, trying to calm his nerves. He feels like he'll lost her forever if he takes eyes off her, and the thought makes his heart ache. Despite his feelings, Cody musters up the courage to speak.

Cody sat down in front of Olivia and looked at her with a stern expression. "First of all, you need to eat three times a day, at minimum. I don't want you to go hungry, so I'll need to monitor your food intake to make sure you're getting enough. You'll eat in front of me at each meal, so I can make sure you're following the rules."

Olivia nodded, understanding the importance of following these rules. She knew that Cody was only looking out for her well-being, and she appreciated his concern. She didn't want to disappoint him, so she promised to do her best to stick to the rules.

Cody smiled, pleased with Olivia's response. "Good," he said, "I'm glad you understand. It's important for your health and happiness that you eat properly. I want you to be the best version of yourself, and that starts with a balanced diet." He gave her a reassuring pat on the back, and Olivia felt a warm sense of comfort and support from him.

Cody glances over at Olivia, who is visibly nervous. She nods quickly, her fingers twitching and twisting together in her lap. Cody can see the fear in her eyes, but he knows that she is strong and capable. He gives her a reassuring smile.

"Olivia, I want to let you know that your job includes a wardrobe allowance," Cody explains. "So today, after I watch you eat lunch, I'll take you to pick out some new clothes and accessories. You'll be able to choose whatever you like, and it will all be paid for by the company. It's just a small way of thanking you for joining our team and making yourself a valuable member of our organization."

Olivia's face brightens slightly at the news, but she still looks unsure. "I appreciate the offer, Cody," she says hesitantly. "But I'm not sure if I need anything new. My current wardrobe is fine."

Cody shakes his head. "No, no, no," he says kindly. "This is not just about needing new clothes. This is about making sure that you look and feel your best while you're working for us. You deserve to have a professional, stylish wardrobe that will make you feel confident and ready to tackle any challenge that comes your way."

Cody smirks as he sees the blush rise in Olivia's cheeks. She may try to act tough, but he knows he has the upper hand. "So you agree, Miss. Olivia?" He emphasizes her name, enjoying the way it rolls off his tongue.

Olivia hesitates for a moment, but ultimately nods her head. "Yes, Mr. McCarthy," she says, her voice barely above a whisper.

Cody can't help but chuckle at her shy demeanor. "Good girl," he praises, patting her on the head. "Now let's get to work."

Olivia follows Cody obediently, her heart racing as she wonders what he has in store for her. She knows she should be wary of him, but for some reason, she can't help but trust him.

As they walk, Cody points out different tasks for Olivia to complete, each one more challenging than the last. Despite her initial hesitation, Olivia finds herself rising to the occasion, eager to prove herself to Cody.

Cody paused for a moment, his sharp eyes fixed on Olivia as he spoke. "You can call me Cody when the office door is closed," he continued, his voice low and commanding. "Or Sir."

Olivia nodded, feeling a shiver run down her spine at the authoritative tone of her boss. She had only just started working for Cody, but already she could tell that he was a man who commanded respect and demanded obedience.

Despite his no-nonsense demeanor, however, there was a glimmer of warmth in Cody's eyes that suggested he was not entirely unapproachable. Olivia couldn't help but feel a sense of admiration for her boss, who seemed to exude confidence and competence in everything he did.

"Yes, Sir," she replied, doing her best to match Cody's commanding tone. "I'll make sure to remember that."

Cody gave her a brief nod, his lips curving into a faint smile. "Good," he said.

Cody stared at Olivia, watching as her dark eyes locked onto his. He could feel the heat radiating between them, a tangible connection that left him craving more. He knew she was thinking about yesterday, just as he was. He wanted to bend her over and get lost in the moment, but he knew she needed to eat first.

Olivia's eyes sparkled with mischief, a hint of what was to come later. Cody could barely contain himself, his desire for her almost overwhelming. He wanted to touch her, to feel her skin against his own. He longed to taste her, to explore every inch of her body.

But first, they needed to take care of practical matters. Cody gestured towards the kitchen, where a delicious meal awaited them. He knew that once Olivia's hunger was satisfied, they could truly indulge in each other. And he couldn't wait.

Cody looked at Olivia with determination in his eyes. "I've decided that your things will be moved to my building today," he announced. "After what happened yesterday, I've realized that I'll need you with me throughout the night."

Olivia's eyes widened in surprise. She wasn't sure what Cody was talking about, but she could sense the urgency in his voice. "What do you mean, you'll need me throughout the night?" she asked, trying to keep her tone steady.

Cody sighed and ran a hand through his hair. "I just can't shake the feeling that something isn't right," he explained. "I want you to be close by, in case anything happens. I know it's a lot to ask, but I really need your help."

Olivia nodded, understanding the gravity of the situation. She knew that Cody was a strong, capable man, but even he needed help sometimes. "I'll make sure to pack everything I need," she assured him, unable to stop her mouth, as words rolled off of her tongue.
