1 Chapter 1 The System Awakens

Walking home from work, Alex a salaryman working at a well known company's branch, known for being average, walks past several shops and buildings closing up for the night "I wonder if Mr.Antonio still sells jerky at his shop" he thought.

"Pork jerky and energy drinks agian, you need to take care of yourself Alex"

"Mr. Antonio you know I walk well over 20 minutes from my work just to get here" Alex said sounding tired

"If my best customer were to die from heart failure how would I pay for my meals" Antonio said sadly

Without any reply Alex quickly left the store to avoid any long stories Mr.Antonio had from his childhood in X city

After reaching his apartment and fumbling around with his key's Alex opened the door, to say it was messy was an understatement because of the many junk food and bags strewn around it looked like a home invasion took place. Alex went over to his computer and started watching nonsensical videos on the internet

A few hours of scrolling through wikis, a tired Alex was about to turn off his pc but before he began to reach for the power button an e-mail appeared as curiosity took over Alex looked at the sender but to his surprise there wasn't one so he looked at the body of the e-mail there was but one simple message "Would you like to become a beta tester?" with two buttons "Yes" and "No"

From anyone's viewpoint it would seem interesting that a single message popped up without a sender, so with total reason and no worry Alex immediately clicked the Yes button a new message popped up it containing "Are you sure" with the same Yes and No buttons again Alex picked the Yes option

For the third time a message popped up but this one very different from the others as it was near Alex's face the new message reading [Welcome to the Beta Test]
