Synopsis

When Jason and Darrelle make a bet involving Darrell's dating life, he thought it would be easy since women were usually his strong suit. What he didn't know is that he would end up with Nia Graham, a lawyer who became well known after defending a wrongly accused black man. Nia had been by herself for so long without a man, she had learned to live without one, her independent nature makes it difficult for Darrelle. Darrelle stays persistent knowing that the Preston deal would be his greatest deal yet, but when Darrelle finds himself falling for Nia will he end the bet? Sneak Peak "What about her?" Andre asked. "Who?" I asked he motioned to a group of women specifically the one sitting down, I couldnt really see her because of the dim lights and the group of friends she had around her. "No," "Why not?" Jason asked I took another sip before saying. "She is sitting with her friends," "And?" Andre asked. "Her friends are drunk," "And?" Jason asked confused. "She is the only one with a beer and look at how she continuously checks her phone every five second," "And?" "The beer isn't strong which means she is the designated driver her friends are drunk which means she has to leave soon, and the phone just shows that she would rather be anywhere but here, like she has much more important things to do. Which let's me know she probably won't give me the time of day because I'm not the most important thing in her life right now," "She is the one, she is the one you got to date"

After Leaving The CEO, She Stunned The World

Mo Rao was born into a family of military doctors. Her parents had risked their lives to save Fu Ying’s grandmother, so the latter forced Fu Ying to take Mo Rao in as his wife. Mo Rao always knew that Fu Ying had a dream girl named Qu Ru. This girl failed to marry Fu Ying as she desired because Fu Ying’s grandmother stopped them. After their marriage, Fu Ying was very considerate of Mo Rao. They even had high compatibility especially in bed. Fu Ying would always find himself deeply immersed in Mo Rao’s tenderness. Until one day, Fu Ying said, “Qu Ru has returned. Let’s divorce. I will transfer the property I promised you to your name.” Mo Rao said, “Can we not divorce? What if… I’m pregnant…?” Fu Ying answered heartlessly, “Abort it! I don’t want anymore obstacles to appear between me and Qu Ru. Also, Qu Ru has leukemia, and your bone marrow happens to be compatible with hers. If you’re willing to donate yours, I can promise you anything.” Mo Rao said, “What if my condition is that we don’t divorce?” Fu Ying’s eyes turned cold. “Mo Rao, don’t be too greedy. Even if I promise you for Qu Ru’s sake, you know full well that I don’t love you.” The words ‘I don’t love you’ stabbed at Mo Rao’s heart like a knife. Her smile suddenly became twisted and she was no longer the docile woman she used to be. “Fu Ying, this is the first time you repulse me so. You call me greedy, but aren’t you the same? You want me to divorce you so you can be with Qu Ru? Sure, I’ll agree to that. But you’re even dreaming that I’ll save her? Don’t forget, there’s no such thing as getting the best of both worlds in life, just like you and me.” Then Mo Rao left. Fu Ying actually felt suffocated, and this feeling drove him mad. When Mo Rao appeared once more, she had become a dazzling star. When she appeared before Fu Ying, holding hands with her new beau, Fu Ying couldn’t care less and said, “Baby, didn’t you say you would only love me?” Mo Rao smiled faintly. “Sorry, ex-husband. I was mistaken back then. You were only a replacement. I actually love someone else.”

ECLIPSE OF REALITY

Eclipse of Reality Synopsis: In the near-future metropolis of Nova Prime, augmented reality (AR) is seamlessly integrated into daily life, transforming the city into a vibrant, interactive wonderland. Mira Thompson, a gifted AR programmer, thrives in this technologically advanced world, creating groundbreaking applications that push the boundaries of digital experiences. While performing a routine update on the AR network, Mira encounters a strange glitch that reveals a hidden layer within the system. Intrigued and alarmed, she delves deeper, uncovering a vast conspiracy that manipulates the very fabric of perceived reality. The mysterious layer she has discovered is controlled by a powerful organization led by the enigmatic figure known only as the Architect. Desperate for answers, Mira teams up with Eli Foster, a former hacker turned corporate security expert with a shadowy past. Together, they seek out Dr. Lydia Mercer, a neuroscientist whose research into AR and the human brain holds the key to understanding the true nature of the hidden layer. As Mira, Eli, and Dr. Mercer navigate the dazzling yet treacherous landscape of Nova Prime, they face constant threats from the Architect's operatives. They uncover the organization's plans to maintain societal control by manipulating reality itself, raising ethical and existential questions about the nature of truth and perception. In a series of high-stakes confrontations, the trio races against time to expose the conspiracy and free society from the Architect's grip. Along the way, they grapple with their own identities, memories, and the blurred boundaries between the digital and real worlds. The novel culminates in a dramatic showdown where Mira and her allies must decide whether to dismantle the AR network, risking chaos, or find a way to coexist with the manipulated reality. In a final twist, it is revealed that their entire journey was part of a larger AR simulation designed to test human resilience and adaptability, leaving the true nature of reality ambiguous and thought-provoking. "Eclipse of Reality" is a mind-bending exploration of technology, power, and the human spirit, challenging readers to question the very essence of their perceptions.
