I was running at full speed, I already have the ball and all I need is one more goal and we are going to nationals I thought.As I was running, I felt a pain in my left knee that I had not felt in quite some time and I immediately knew what it was.An ACL tear.I fell to the ground in pain and was distraught as my career was now over.

I had already experienced an ACL tear about three years ago.The doctor said if I had another tear my career would practically be over.I didn't care about that and I played as I had normally would have before it was fully recovered and nothing bad happened until now and it's all over.

I heard the medic saying "get him off, get him off the pitch." the medic's got an ambulance rather quickly.When we got into the ambulance it started driving much faster than I initially thought.It started driving too fast I thought but just then I heard a loud bang and felt the ambulance going right without turning.That felt strange I thought but I didn't have to think for as long as I felt the most excruciating pain go through my entire body and suddenly it went black.
