1 The birth of the Turon’s Princess and the Peasant

In a small village, at the border In the city of North-bell , located in Turon, a baby girl was born to an underprivileged family of the name of Fletcher. She was rejected by her father and grandmother whom did not showed any compassion towards the innocent and tiny baby.

Luckily the baby's mother was still alive. She loved and protected her baby from her cruel husband, and despicable mother in law.

On the same day another girl was born to a wealthy family of the name of Seymour , who did adore her with all their heart. Everyone loved her too. Turon had so yearned for her, and hoped for her, and prayed to the Lord day and night for her, that, now that she has really come, the kingdom went ecstatic.

Citizens celebrated this special day together in harmony. They were so glad that they hugged and kissed each other and cried out of joy. Everybody feasted and danced and sang, and got very joyful; and they continued with the happy celebration for the whole year.

There was no talk in all country but of the new baby, Amelia Seymour, the beautiful and gracious Princess of Turon, who lay lapped in Mulberry silks and fur, unaware of all this commotion, and not knowing that great lords and ladies were taking care of her with an immense love and big devotion.

But there was no talk about the other baby, Libby Fletcher, covered in her poor blankets, living among the family of peasants who had no much to offer her.
