The Awakening

Elena woke up to stares in class.She had just woke up after taking a nap in class,to find many classmates staring at her.She was very cool and calm,because it was the last day of HS.She was ready to get out of that school.But she knew that right when she got out it was time to look for another job,because the one she had wasn't paying well and her mothers medical bills were flooding with notices.She needed a second job.So as soon as she said her goodbyes that's what's she did.She was walking in the city as she goes to turn.Then sees a car sharply turning.She stopped as her life flashed before her eyes.But luckily the car stopped just in time.She fell to the ground,scared.Then a very rich dude came up to her.

"How much do you need"

Like he had already done this before.

"Here a thousand will do right?"

He wrote the check,threw it on her and left angry.She got up thinking she could pay her mother's pills with this money.But then a thought popped into her head,it was telling her to return the money and throw it on him.She began to think of it might hurt her.Then she told herself that she wasn't the type to fake an accident,just to get money.So she began thinking of his face.All she knew was that he was a very rich man.Then she immediately knew who he was.She didn't think of the consequences of her actions then.But she knew she had to do it.So she walked up to his company.She waltzed in like she was meant to be their.As one of the guards stopped her.She thought she was finished.As one of her favorite actors lines popped into her head.She knew it fit the problem.

"Why are you stopping me."

"Because your not allowed to go up without a pass"

"Oh,you're not letting me through.Wait till the boss here's about this.You know him and I are very close,I have the check to prove it."

She shows him the check.Then walks away.The guard knew he could lose his job if he made the boss unhappy.

"Hey wait!Forgive me for being so rude,just walk upstairs"

She knew that she did a wonderful job of acting.She even gave herself a huge pat on the back.Smiling till she made it to his room.Walked right in before the guards could stop her.

"You think I'm shallow enough to take your money.Think again."

As she throws it in his face.

"Just because I'm in need of money doesn't mean I'll take yours out of pity."

Walks out of the room and the boss is smiling.

"Go bring her back here"The guards bring her back to the president.She was sweating a river.
