The Basic Urban Witch

A young witch, Lydia Moonbeam, living in the far future of our civilization takes odd jobs throughout the galaxy in order to sustain her carefree lifestyle and, most importantly, her wardrobe. Every chapter is a new adventure with a new location ranging from tropical islands to distant stars and even, heaven forbid, an office cubicle. As she goes through life she begins to discover that her neighbor, Aleister, may have a secret he is hiding. This was written for my wife and it is designed to be a stress free book where each chapter is it’s own encapsulated story. The humor in it is inspired by her favorites (Gilmore Girls, Marvelous Mrs Maisel, and Seinfeld) and mine (Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy and Discworld). Read this if you feel like you want to have a nice day, read this if you think that the world could use more laughter.
