7 Airport fun...Part one...

Caroline sighed and looked at the early morning sky, the indigo of the sky and the speckled stars were still visible. A nice warm gust of wind softly brushed the trio, but it ended up blowing Caroline's hair onto her face, which got stuck on her lip gloss. Gray chuckled softly,

" Do you need some help, Princess?" They asked. Caroline sighed and nodded,

" Yes, please..." Caroline hated to admit she needed some help so she felt horrible asking for it. "Alright, Jack shouldn't be back for a hot minute so we should have plenty of time to help do your make-up." Gray smiled as they let Caroline into their house and sat her down at the kitchen counter, Gray soon started to do her make-up,painting her face with the powders and creams, while giving her tips on how to do this all herself. After a bit, she looked like a masterpiece ,

" Whoa.....I look awesome, Thanks,Gray.." She hummed as she looked at herself in the mirror they had brought.

" No Problem,Princess, I just wanted to help." Gray Smiled as their Gray eyes met with Caroline's Brown ones which looked like one from a doll. A small calico cat peaked their head out from behind the couch, then hopped up onto Arturo's shoulders

" Hey Callie~" He hummed as he put the cat in her crate so they could take her as well. Jack soon opened up the front door, and saw the trio who were just hanging out,

Jack chuckled softly " Get in the car you goof wads." He smiled as he shook his head. Caroline popped up from the chair and raced to get in a good spot in the 'Elvis', Gray and Arturo followed quickly,

" I call Shotgun!" Arturo claimed as the group made their way to the car.

Caroline climbed over the front seats and got in the back of the car, followed by Gray ,Arturo , and Jack. Caroline and Gray were in the back seats while Jack and Arturo where in the front, Before anyone could speak, Jack started making record timing to the airport, which typically averaged around 30 minutes away. Jack soon got pulled over by a police officer, "Shit..." He muttered as he put on his sunglasses.The Officer walked up to the window and Jack rolled it down,

"I need to see your license and registration, Sir."The Officer hummed, Caroline recognized the officer when they looked at the group in the car. The Officer sighed and then just let Jack go with a ticket , he wouldn't dare interfere with the plan.

Jack continued to drive to the airport, Gray and Arturo smiled at each other, thinking they were going to be busted and unable to get to their destination but dodged the bullet . Caroline smiled as she took out her notebook and started doodling in one of the back pages. Caroline began drawing a picture of her and Jack at the meeting the night before, Gray looked over her shoulder

"Dang kid, that looks nice for a quick sketch." They Smiled as Jack pulled up to the airport and dropped the three off with their stuff.

Jack soon returned 15 minutes later with Viper, Black Mamba, Robin, Mouse,Garter, Salamander, Boa, and Boomslang all with their respective luggage. Robin walked up to Caroline and gave her a a soft orange Dahlia, "Umm, I thought you would like it, so I picked this for you since I would assume that the rest would end up uprooted with the hurricane.." She chuckled

"Thanks,Birdie, I appreciate it!" Caroline smiled softly as she looked at Robin's sapphire eyes.

Caroline soon tucked the large flower behind her ear as the group started heading to put their suitcases on a cart so they wouldn't have to all carry one. Robin soon mouthed ' Watch this' as she snuck behind Jack and jumped out at him, making sure to be in his blind spot so he wouldn't see her coming. Jack chuckled and ruffled his 'niece's' hair , " Nice try , Silly goose!" He chuckled as Robin trotted back to Caroline.

" I know this is a weird question but, what's wrong with his eye that let you do that?" Caroline asked. Robin's Smile melted like butter in a hot pan ,

" We all don't like to talk about it, but the gist of it is that he's blind in the left eye, where his scar is, which if sneaky you can use to your advantage and come behind him and jump him from there." She explained.

" Oh, that explains a lot." Caroline hummed as they went through the airport and finally made it to the security checkpoint. The Ladies, Men, and Gray separated themselves and started to go through the line, but when it came time for Black Mamba to go the security they noticed a tube going up her shirt.Meanwhile Robin,Caroline,Boa,Garter and Viper looked at each other with a pleading look that screamed 'who's gonna help her out?' as the security guard traced the tube up. Caroline finally decided to stick up for her and earn some trust and respect.

" She's a Diabetic!" Caroline exclaimed as she dead eyed the security guard who nodded and let her through. A sigh of relief filled the air, lifting the dread off the women's shoulders as they were all allowed to pass . Mouse,sighed as he rejoined the group of his friends.

" Damn, I forgot how stressful this shit was,"Mouse sighed "But that was a brave little move you made Half-pint, maybe one day you can be like us." He smiled,

"Actually, I kinda thinking about going into police work!" Caroline chirped.

The whole mood turned,from proud and tired to slightly disappointed,"Don't... I don't want you to be the person who one day arrests us. Even worse, in my case, I don't want you to be the one who works against me in court." He told her, as he shook his head.

The clock at the center rang, announcing the time.

"Shit... well we have an hour to go, I guess.."Jack sighed and within a heartbeat half of the group left to go get coffee.
