6 Chapter 6

*Knock* Knock*

Dr. Julian stood in front of a room door he was very familiar with. He was on the 10th floor of the facility on the corridors side, where most of the facility's dorm rooms were. After his talk with Asura that took place hours ago, he had went to General Leo's office and had a detailed discussion with him about his experiments and sent over a couple of blue prints. The same blue prints he now was holding in his hands. The second step to completing his work was a two persons job. Him. And the person who was on the other side of this door. In all honesty he didn't want to see this person. He had a feeling that the room he stood in front of was occupied with more then just the owner. The thought of seeing the room filled up with after party drunks and late night hook ups made the pit of his stomach turn in disgust.

Besides that, there was another reason as to why he wouldn't be able to stand the sight. Yet that reason was one he refused to pay attention to and ignored it barring it deep within him once again. It wasn't a problem for him, it was something he did a lot out of habit. A habit that was bad but worked well. It didn't allow him to show his true emotions. Or more so, it helped him to think clearly, more logically then emotionally. Like right now. No matter how he felt he had a job to do.

So once again he knocked at the red door. This time with more force giving out a louder sound.

A short time after, a light voice came from the inside of the room in the form of a low grumbling. The door opened up revealing a male in a bathrobe, the clothing hung off his body teasingly. Showing his milk white skin that covered his tender collar bone, slender legs and bare chest, displaying a bit of a nipple. From his neck down dark red and purple spots decorated his skin like small lights on a Christmas tree. It was big as day and very hard to not see.

He had long straight hair, soft and dark as a ravens feather, violet eyes and a white jade like complexion. His gaze lingered on Julian for a while before pursing his cherry lips. He was very beautiful and he knew it. The ends of his lips turned up into smirk catching Julians disapproval gaze located on his upper body. He knew too well how he looked and that when the first knock came to his door he could've changed. But chose otherwise because it was late, he was in his room and he couldn't care less about how anyone felt. When getting up to answer the door he had no idea that it was Dr.Julian. He hadn't seen him in over two weeks. So this visit was a surprise, a surprise he very much liked and welcomed with open arms.

"If it isn't a surprise from my dear old friend Julian." He purposely called Dr. Julians name informally, leaving out the doctor to slightly provoke him. And the other caught it but said nothing his gaze completely unreadable. Ignoring the provocation he brushed passed the younger and walked straight into the room. He sat on the couch glancing around the living room area and saw clothes everywhere. Underwear, shirts, pants, and a Rolex he knew the General didn't own.

At the same time Julian noticed the watch, he heard the sound of water hitting the floor like heavy rain. Someone else was here. And they were in the bathroom taking a shower. Julian frowned and stayed silent, smoothly pulling out a cigarette. Again, he was used to this, it was the reason why he never liked visiting this apartment. Judging was far from his mind but he did have things he disliked. So he continued his quietness and waited for the person in the bathroom to get dress and leave.

15 minutes later the bathroom door opened showing two people instead of one. A girl and boy. No surprise there. After a view words were said between the three sex partners the twins left.

"Haru." Julian called out, shifting his gaze to his left. He somehow didn't know what to say. His mind was filled with multiple words and various sentences, yet nothing came out his mouth but a name. "Haru." he repeated firmly seeing Haru now crawl on top and straddle him.

"You went M.I.A for 2 weeks. You don't talk to me nor come see me. If I didn't know you I'd say you were avoiding me." His long pretty hands traveled up Julians muscular chest and wrapped around his neck, lightly pulling on strands of chestnut hair.

Julian didn't know if he should laugh or cry. He came to discuss work but winded up in this situation. On the contrary none of this was a surprise. Haru was always like this. Seductive and tempting. Touchy yet distant. An exotic fruit to describe him. And because he knew the other all too well his heart stayed unmoving even in front of Haru's alluring eyes and tempting nature. Both bodies were close feeling the warm breath from one another.

"I was busy as I still am." He removed Haru's arms from around his neck his expression dull yet wild and appealing to the eyes. His tired gaze met the youths. "I didn't come here to play with you. I'm here on duty."

"Duty." Haru shook his head an ironic chuckle leaving his pretty lips. Resulting in him removing himself from Dr.Julians lap, to stand up. "The Major General sent you I suppose." Julian nodded. "So where is it?"

He was soon handed a file of blueprints. Carefully Haru went over them his expression turning serious. "You want me to build this for the bureau."

"No." he corrected. "I want you to build this for me."

Haru was confused he looked up from the blue files and gazed at Julian. He didn't know what to say to this so the other continued for him. "I want to be prepared….. And I'm also curious about something." He didn't specify what that something was and changed the subject. "So can you do this?"

"Yeah, it'll take some time. But I can build it."

Good. Now that, that small part was over he took off his glasses and sighed pinching the bridge of his nose. He tilted his neck back resting his head on the rim of the couch, staring up at Haru through his thick eyelashes. He wanted to rest, he still hadn't. And it didn't seem like he would anytime soon. This wasn't mostly do to being busy it was the fact that he suffered from insomnia. Terribly. Since he was young.

The longer he gazed at Haru his mind piled up with busy thoughts began to calm down into a still motion. His tiredness was less painful. He closed his eyes wandering what Aera was doing at this time.

And how she would respond to knowing he had yet again skipped a full days meal. She would look at him with eyes filled with worry, scold him for a whole hour or so though he was a grown ass man and then buy food for him, sit down and make sure he ate all of it. She deeply cared for him, that, he could tell. And because of it he at times felt guilty.

He very well knew what type of care she held for him. It wasn't hard to notice the small glances of yearning. Her vulnerability around him. She was inlove with him. A one sided love for quite some time now. Going on two years to be exact. To be honest he would have went for her and reciprocated her love if it wasn't for his situation. Yet in the end no matter how highly he thought of her he wouldn't cross that line. But that didn't take away how from time to time he would think about her. He didn't love her but he liked her. And that was enough for now.

"I'm tired." He mumbled feeling warm hands cup his face.

"I've missed you Julian."

Julian opened his eyes staring deeply at Haru, his gaze once again unreadable. Reaching a hand out he gently touched Haru's cheek. He couldn't help but suddenly frown, he didn't miss Haru in the slightest these past 2 weeks. He purposely was avoiding him. But meeting each other again under these small circumstances wasn't that bad. Now that he thought about it.

This rare, tender moment didn't last long as Julian removed his hand and stood up deciding to leave. Before he opened the door he looked back at Haru. Taking him all in as if it was his last time seeing the other. He open his mouth and said softly. "Goodnight." He then left, not looking back and once again his mind became chaotic with different kinds of thoughts.
