The Trouble.

"It's not like I cannot teach you. Winter is coming and I need to preserve huge amounts of herbs. I am focused on gathering those herbs, so I don't basically have no time for you. Sorry, kid. Come at another time." His voice carried little regret as someone actually came to him with some ambition and ironically he had to refuse because of limited time.

It was extremely easy to get sick in winter. Lack of proper nutrition, cold temperature, and many other variables. Herbalists saved many lives with their lives in such periods, you couldn't underestimate their profession.

"I can gather herbs for you!" Getting a sample will allow him to grow herb inside of farming space.

"It's impossible. Most of those herbs grow inside of a forest. There is an issue of your lack of knowledge. You don't possess any knowledge about herbs or ways of handling them." The appraisal would resolve this issue without effort, though, he couldn't say it.

"If you show me herb and method. I can gather them for you without a problem." Aron tried to get out of a situation, persuading experienced person as Carl wasn't easy.

"Why do you insist on learning? " Some suspicions arose inside of his head, the sudden desire of learning was at least odd.

"I lived here for almost 5 years. Do you remember how people treated me? How many punches did I take? Those people hate me and I plan to leave this village in the future." An explanation was reasonable, Carl knew his situation and turned a blind eye on villagers actions.

"Bad things happen. I hear many complaints about your help. They don't hate you anymore." His help changed the opinion of many people and they gossiped, so information could enter into chief's ears.

"That's the problem. Years of hatred disappeared in mere days…Positive change was fast, so negative changes can be even faster." Those people weren't reliable and both of them were aware of this situation.

The expression of village chief changed to grim grimace and said with a trace of regret about his past actions.

"You are right! I won't argue on that with you. I accept your proposition, so If you help me gather necessary herbs, I will teach you! "

Accurate description and right collecting method were more than enough for him to get things done. It was quite regretful that man didn't show him samples.

'I should talk to Rose. She helped this body multiple times, repaying debts is an important part of man's life.' Gratitude should be repaid a hundred times and grudges thousand times.

He scanned the herbal garden and discover harsh truth.

'I need to find herbs myself… Most of the plants required a special environment to grow. It was possible to simulate such conditions, herbs described by chief were not easy to transplant.' Disappointment appeared on his face, things weren't easy as he predicted at the beginning.

Unprocessed plant matter was accumulating inside of his storage, time was to change this fact. Separating black wheat into grain and straw was important, villagers used threshing boards or did it by hands. Aron wanted to create some kind of device to accelerate the process, he decided to create a muscle powered threshing machine. The design was simple, however using copper or wood as nails was ineffective. Multiple cylinders connected into one mechanism with toothed gears, powered by a handle. The only problem was material, everything was made from wood and maintained was constantly needed.

His work was done inside of the new area, time flow difference was extremely useful. Mayor test of the machine was a success if replace materials with something more durable. The machine would be extremely efficient, it did the job and that was all he needed for now.

[Black Wheat straw.]

[Black Wheat grain.]

'Separation is good enough. Let's get rid of straw for now. I don't need it.'

[Do you want to convert all wheat straw into WE?]

'Yes'

The straw before him disappeared and his WE rose by 234 points.

'I have flax stored inside storage, I need to create some machines to process it into linen.'

His next project was to actually process flax into linen. Machines relied on similar concept as thresher, however, it needed more machines.

[1. Separate flax seeds from the rest.]

[2. Dry flax.]

[3. Beat it into a fiber.]

[4. Crimp it and brush it.]

After two weeks, he had enough linen to weave some clothes.

'I could trade with people using linen. Linen could be weaved into fine clothes and origin could be explained as nearby plains.'

The boy decided to help widows by giving them a job. It's better to give someone work than money. They are experienced weavers, so making clothes for him in exchange for food and wood wouldn't be a bad trade.

He smiled and knocked into the door. Middleaged woman with black circles under her eyes opened the door and said.

"Good morning. What brings you here?" Her voice was tired, a single mother with children needed to struggle to survive in a world like this.

"I found some linen and I thought you could weave something for this for me. Obviously, I will pay you for this. What do you think?" He brought less linen at purpose, none cultivated in the village and getting bigger amounts from plains were at least odd.

"I found some at plains. Do you think, is it good enough for weaving?" The boy added before a woman could answer.

"It's fine…" She was lost in thought.

"I can give you grain and vegetables for cloth. Wood for winter shouldn't be a problem either." The offer was great, she had a hard time as her husband died during last winter. The mortality rate was really high because of diseases. Simple flu or fever could be fatal if not treated properly.

The woman felt troubled, none gave anything away without interest.

"I don't give this to you for free. I pay for quality if you make bad clothes, I won't pay you well!" It was a lie, he needed linen bags and clothes.

"I can do it! I will weave the best clothes in the village!" The problem was the lack of food in her house. She couldn't focus on her work if there wasn't food to feed her children.

He left and came back after two hours with two buckets, one with grains and second with vegetables.

"I cannot take it! I didn't weave anything for you, yet!" It was dignity or stupidity, he couldn't comprehend her mindset.

"I didn't come to give you those things. I want you to cook a meal for me and your family. Can you do it?" It was a simple trick, and both of them were aware of it. A widow couldn't refuse such a miracle that appeared before her.

Some people helped such families, however, they had their own families to feed. It was mostly temporary help and household still lacked wood, food, and clothes for winter.

'It's a miracle that I survived all those years. Cold nights, lack of proper nutrition and many difficulties of a lone child in a hellish world.'

"Ok, I will repay this favor someday. I promise!" Determination appeared on her face and they entered the hut. Her children were skinny, still, their states weren't bad as his previous body. The woman prepared a simple meal and all of them ate happily.

The situation repeated itself with other families without a man. Investing in their future, raising the next generations of followers. You didn't need to brainwash or threaten people, you needed to give them hope.

His relationship with the red-haired girl was almost non-existent. The part of him still felt great debt for her, on the other side boy didn't like her. Rose was a simple girl with no ambition and bland personality for him. Helping people? She was being nice to everyone and he wasn't an exception. The debt was debt, so he overcame bizarre thoughts and visited her.

"Hey, Rose. I didn't have time to visit you…" His body might be of the kid, however, there was an experience of many years as Marcus. Her undeveloped body was nonattractive for him if he had to describe her it would 'cute little red-head'. Rose's biggest problem was lack of ambition, and thanks to this they couldn't find topics to talk.

"Hello. You are getting popular. You don't need to be sorry!" Her expression revealed a bizarre smile, something was wrong.

"Rumors spread faster than the wind!" Women in the village liked to gossip and news were traveling from house to house. They were probably faster than news in modern world television, however, they rivaled those media's inaccuracy of facts.

"I happy, you changed into someone reliable. I couldn't take care of you for entire life!" In reality of medieval world, she could be considered a full-fledged adult. People had short lives, so most things started earlier as they ended faster.

"It was about time to change. I couldn't be a beggar for my entire life. Don't you think so?" His life would end that night, so none would remember his existence to the present day.

Aron heard steps, group of bullies finally came to back to the village.

"Oh, you fucking pretended to be dead that night!" Joe was angered seeing Aron's face, still rest of the group had burden relieved from their hearts. They weren't murderers as their victim is alive and well.

"What do you want?" It was surprising, even kindhearted girl didn't like Joe's group. Liking such group is hard if news about their mischief spread around the village. Their fame was bigger than their leader's ego.

"You see, I came personally to propose to you. Is your father home?" Love or not, parents could arrange marriages for their children.

"He isn't here, leave!" Marriage was a sensitive topic for her, so she became angry and extremely displeased.

"Your name is Joe? Are you sure about this? I think it should be FUCKIN RETARD!" Aron's word shocked all the people in the surroundings. Their victim talked back in the most vicious way.

"Boys? Did white-haired trash insult me?" Joe's rage couldn't be simply stopped by words anymore.

"I thought only your brain has problems…Your ears aren't working properly either…" They almost jumped at him with their fists. The only thing that was stopping them from beating crap out of this boy was Rose. Their leader came to propose for real and bad performance could affect his courtship.

"What did you say little shit?" Trying to contain his anger, Joe asked.

"Whatever…Insulting you is useless…What do you think if we go 'play' outside of the village like last time?" Insulting each other wasn't going to solve any problem or finish his quests.

"YES! Let's freaking 'play'! Let's go!" They understood his message, and immediately cheered up.

"I will come another day, Rose. I need to play with boys. You know boy's business. See you later!" They left the village in hurry, after distance from village was big enough Joe shouted.

"HAHAHAHA. YOU ARE MORE RETARDED THAN WE THOUGHT. WE ARE FAR FROM VILLAGE NOW. IT'S YOUR DEATH DAY!" He didn't need to contain his anger anymore, signal of hand was enough to order his lackeys to attack the boy.

All thugs attacked at the same time, boy didn't even feel threatened. Those hits could be considered as strong if you attacked extreme weaklings.

"Pathetic. You all are fuckin pathetic!" It was a really bad performance, no fighting proves or anything. Basically, they could bully only disabled people or elders with the performance of this level.

"You became so cocky. Did you forget all times I fuckin beat you? Stop jumping around and fight!" A reminder of past events, forced Aron to go through all bad memories of Aron. Something snapped inside of him, killing intent filled the air.

"I will teach you something." He picked a small rock from ground. Swish! Rock flew with high speed and pierced throat of one of thugs.

Glurp! Glurp! Thud! Target tried to stumble some words, problem was blood inside of his vocal cords and mouth.

"Cutting throat is one of effective ways to kill. Do you know why? It's easy. Victims cannot scream!" Their expression became terrified one of their friends was killed by this boy.

"YOU KILLED HIM! PEOPLE WON'T LET YOU GO!" One of lackeys shouted at him with a voice filled with sorrow.

"You don't need to worry about me. Worry about your…FUCKIN DEAD BODY!" Aron decided to finish all of the lackeys and take care of a leader. Only a few seconds was enough to send them to hell. He caught throat Joe's throat and said.

"Let's count your wrongs! OR SCREW WITH IT! I WILL HIT YOU UNTIL I FEEL SATISFIED! PST! I WILL THROW YOU ALL INTO FOREST, NONE WILL FIND OUT!" A situation from before reversed and they were victims.

"Cough! Let me go! You… cough!" Joe struggled with all his might, however, the grip of a white-haired boy was stable as a mountain.

"Last question! FOCUS YOUR PIG BRAIN! WHY DID DESTROY EVERYDAY OF MY LIFE? TELL ME! FUCKIN WHY?" It was time to finish the game. They weren't worth his time at all.

"Stop! It was order from Ian! Spapare mee! I wwwon't tell anyboddy about your ddeeds! Please!" The simple answer and begging for life from his mouth.

"Good. I cannot spare you. You didn't spare me for all those years. Die." He crushed his skull with rock and sat on the ground with thoughts.

'It was so unprofessional. I revenge for all those years.' His thoughts focused on execution and amateur way.

'Emotions clouded my mind. I don't feel anything positive from getting revenge. They were just trash to clean…'

Satisfaction? Revenge brought only emptiness to his heart. They humiliated him for 5 years and they died in moments.

'I will put them inside space and go back to my hut. Fuck… It was handled pretty bad…'
